Palladio Beauty ~ Drugstore haul ~ Swatches and review

Hey Loves!

I got a surprised package from Palladio a while ago with  many great goodies.
I love Palladio, they are great drugstore brand and their products are simply amazing.
I love the velvet matte liquid lipsticks and crushed eye shadows :)

Palladio was kind enough to send me a lot of great products.
I got:
* 3 velvet metallic lip creams
* 3 matte lipsticks
* 2 stick highlights
* brow products
* mascara

I didn't try all yet tho. On the ones I did try I will give you a quick review and tell you what I think of it.

Velvet Matte Metallic Cream Lip Colors

I do love the original Velvet lip creams :) This one are same but with the metallic finish.
They have a similar formula, but this one as the name suggest have metallic sheen to them. They are really opaque and apply smoothly on the lips. Same as with the velvet matte they don't fully dry down, they will transfer, for example if you drink coffee you will see a stain on the mug. I personally like them. For the price they are really good. Maybe not a everyday wear for me ( I do Love my Nudes) , but hey I rocked one out at my work and I even got compliments :) I really like the fact they they won't dry out my lips. I wore all there shades I got and boy I love them! Definitely will pick up reaming colors :)

* Ritzy ~ dark pink
* Gilded ~ gold brown

Dreamy Matte Lip Color 

Great lipsticks. beautiful colors and amazing pigmentation.  They do wear like dream tho! matte and non drying :) The packaging they come in is sleek black tube  :) on the top there is a sticker with a lipstick name and the bottom shows a lipstick shade. The packaging feels like your holding expensive lipstick to be honest. I really like it. Another thing is they have a scent to it. Which I personally love! I know some don't like scented lipsticks but I do :) The smell like a vanilla :) The go on matte and look gorgeous on the lips. Non drying and wear for about 5h :)

shades I have:
* Refined Chianti ~ for me is a deep wine red, so gorgeous! and my favorite. Perfect vampy color
* Darling Damask ~ grape purple. Another stunner
* Magnificent Magenta ~ dark magenta pink.

Creamy Stick Luminizer

I am a highlight junkie :) So these two sticks were my favorite products from the bunch. I do prefer powder formula though, but these are so creamy , so blend-able and so easy to work with. You can apply either with stippling brush, fingers or beauty sponge.

I have two colors :
* Stunner ~ Champagne Shimmer that I personally love the most. It gives really nice glow to my cheeks :)
* Limelight ~ light pink , that reminds me more of a blush than a highlight :) Its really pretty and I think it will make a great base for a blush :)
They don't feel sticky or leave a greasy residue on the face.

The Brow Definer ~ Medium Brown 

This is one of the products I did not try yet. I'm sorry but I can't put down my brow pomade by Freedom Makeup. Hey Palladio do you make a brow pomades? If not please do!
Palladio Brow Definer is a twist up pencil. With thin tip on one side and spoolie brush on the other side. I got two in a shade medium brown , but looking at the website I see the shade Taupe and I believe that would be a more better match. Anyways I will try it soon and see how it works :)

Brow Obsessed Mousse with Fibers

Yet another product I didn't try but I can say it looks promising. Fibers in a lightweight mousse builds sparse brows and fills in any gaps. I look forward to try this :) It comes in two shades Light/Medium and Medium/Dark.

Palladio Double Agent Faux Lash Effect Mascara

Yes you guessed again I didn't try this one yet. Right now I have like 5 mascaras open and this one will have to wait its turn. I do look forward to trying it :)

Violet Voss ~ Holy Grail and Drenched Metal ~ Palettes swatches and Review

I am freaking excited that finally I got my hands on a palette that sells out like a fresh bread. Violet Voss Holy Grail palette I wanted since they day it came out, but unfortunately it sold out within minutes. So I waited for second restock.... five minutes later... sorry the palette is out of stock.  I remember being so mad !!! Omg did  you ever wanted something so bad and couldn't get it ? for me that this palette. Then it came 3rd restock and this time I asked my hubby's cousin to get it for me . It was Friday, I was stuck at work and what if I missed it again? Didn't want to take any chances... Snow got it for me! and I was thrilled beyond words.

* Crystal ~ shimmery champagne shade, great for inner corner and browbone highlight
* Ploof ~ shimmer pink. Pretty shimmer also great for inner corner and browbone highlight.
* Thanks A Latte ~ pale beige,  this one is a matte shade and I love it.
* Transition ~ matte , medium brown. As the name suggest perfect for transition.
* Hashtag ~ matte orange shade. Not into orange shades but this one is so pretty

* Awesome Sauce ~ shimmer , brozny peach. Really pretty!
* Bestie ~ matte, soft brown with peach undertones. Perfect transition shade.
* Toffee ~ metallic shade. Bronze with golden sheen. SO gorgeous!
* Chill ~ also metallic. Its brownish bronze color.
* How U Doin ~ metallic burnt rose gold. I love this one!

* Bat My Eyes ~ metallic dark bronzy brown.
* Cool Beans ~ metallic bronze. Look different in the pan tho.
* R U Kitten Me ~ matte medium brwon with red undertones. Another great transition shade.
* So Jelly ~ shimmery pink. So pretty and one of my faves in the palette
* On Fleek ~ metallic burnt reddish brown.

* Brownie Points ~ matte dark brown with warm undertones
* Teddy Bear ~ matte brown with plummy undertones
* Glamping ~ metallic reddish brown bronze
* Cranberry Splash ~ warm metallic red. So freaking pretty!
* Wine N Dine ~ matte cranberry fuchsia ! never owned a color like this

Once it arrived in mail I was in love! the colors are just perfect! I mean just take a look at her ! isn't she perfect? No wonder they call it Holy Grail, because it is a Holy Grail for me :) 

The palette price is $52 but they always  have e a code for $10 off so it brings price down to $42. 

The shadows are amazing! Pigmented, soft and easy to blend. There is mix of metallic and mates. This palette is filled with warm neutral shades: golds, bronzes, maroons. Like I said palette is beyond amazing! Definitely a must have for any beauty junkie.

I also got a Drenched Metal Palette. Actually it was a gift form My Imats Fairy. One of my good friend pick this beauty up on IMATS :) I just need Liquid Lipsticks and Highlight Trio and my life will be complete. OMG I am such a hardcore beauty junkie, I just need everything hahah!

 So anyways back to Holy Grail's sister ~ Drenched Metal. 

Palette comes with 20 full sized shades. Just like Holy Grail. The shadows are amazing! As you can tell this one is much cooler then other one. We have gorgeous foil metallic shades.and they are stunning!
 I also bought newest palette Laura Lee's and I cant wait for it to arrive.
All Violet Voss palettes are amazing! the eye shadows are pigmanted an they blend so good! definitely check them out!

Palladio Beauty ~ Rice Paper

 Can we talk about my must have product? I was actually the most excited about it. 

And well I am talking about a Blotting paper. Yes! You read that right.

Blotting papers are my must haves! My skin is oily and I get really shiny during the day. 

I always carry oil absorbing tissues with me , always.I also make sure I have backups at home.

Palladio rice paper comes in package of 40 sheets. the tissue is really big too!

They have it available in 3 shades:

* Translucent ( no color)

* Beige ~ great for light skin gals

* Warm Beige ~  for dark skin gals.

let me tell you that this tissue is a bit different then your regular one. 

First off it comes with two sides. One side have a famous rice powder on and the other side have nothing, it is matte. 

On the box it will tell you to fist use the matte side and "mop" all of the excess oil form your face and then follow up with the powder side for touch-ups. 

And this the way I use my. I am really impressed with it One sheet gets the job done. With other oil absorbing tissues I had to use at least 3 to mattify my face. Tissue removes oil and shine with out me looking cakey. My makeup stays in place too!

Again I am pleasantly surprised with Palladio! Great Product

Completely Bare Products ~ Review

Ok, I am so happy that I was include in Bloggers Box send form Ricky's NYC. Woohoo, OMG all the goodies I got to test out are amazing! Completely Bare was one of the products I got.

So I got:

* Completely Bare Moisturizing No Bumps Shave Gel

* Completely Bare Facial Hair Removal Cream

* Completely Bare All in One Travel Wax Kit

I been loving the no bumps shave gel. It gives incredibly close shave. I been using it on my legs, underarms and bikini :) It works great. Feels really soft once you apply on the area you wish to shave. It does contains beads that melts once you massage them into the skin. The gel is clear and don't leather as much as your typical shave cream would, which I do like :) Shaving is really easy and I didn't cut  myself not even once. and the bumps I always get right under my knee... well didn't see them at all :) it have a nice fresh scent. My skin felt so smooth after shaving :) Love it!

Plant and floral extract helps condition and smooth skin. Special blends of essential oils create protective moisture barrier of long lasting hydration. Chamomile extract helps smooth skin and prevent irritation. I can say this is the best shave gel I ever tired!

I was also excited for All in One Travel Wax kit. It includes : 1.7 oz body balm, 12 face strips, 6 bikini strips, 2 completely off towelettes. 

Now, to be honest I don't really need to use face strips or face removal cream. Except for eye brows I don't have any hair that need to be taken care off. Too bad I cant use it on my eye brows. Anyways I think The Facial Hair Removal Cream and Facial Strips might go to my mom ( I dunno if she will need them or not ), because I really have no use for them and I don't; want them to lay around.

with that said I like the idea of the Body Moisturizer & Hair Inhibitor, formulated to reduce hair density, growth and length. For best results apply twice a day on area where you wish to inhabit hair growth. Its smells really good, light clean scent of lemongrass and green tea. i been using it for a week and so far preforms great. Hair grows slightly slower then usual. I really want to get full size of this product to test it more out and see if it really does work if use longer. 

I will tell you I am such a chicken when it comes to waxing! I tried one and no more! painful!

But I really like the bikini strips :) Super easy to use and not as painful. 

I think the wax kit is a great buy :)

Aquis Hair Turban ~ Review

I never knew I will say that this towel changed my life :) It became such a staple in my hair care routine for a past weeks. I have a long hair, really long hair and it take forever to dry them. I been using regular towels for years. Until I found Aquis Hair Turban in Ricky's Bloggers Box. 

Aquis Hair Turban ~ made form aqutex microfiber, which delivers efficient moisture transport while providing comfort and durability. Dries hair faster then regular towel, cuts down on hair damaging blow drying. Helps reduce frizz. Really lightweight and easy to use. Towel secures my hair and I can do some other things. I really like the button on the back :) I been using it ever since i got it :) The button make it so easy to wear and for the turban to stay in place. I did notice that my hair are a lot more dried then when I use regular towels.  

I really been loving it and now I want to get another one for my daughter :) I really want to take a better care of her hair now and continue to do so.

Palladio Beauty ~ Blushes

I coming back with another Palladio post :) This time I have two blushes to show you. Both were part of the PR Box i received from company a while back. My previous post I will link them down below.

I love blushes. I don't wear them as often as I should but there is something about it that makes me want to have them all. How weird. Guess any beauty junkie will say it I want it all :) haha! I bet I am not alone. 

Anyways I want to talk about one cream and one powder matte blush form Palladio.

Palladio Matte  Blush "Peach Ice" ~  obviously as a name suggest this is a matte finish blush. If you want to try any good quality matte blush I will recommend this one :) I really been enjoying it.Very smooth, non flakey formula. Pigmentation is really good. Blends nice and easy. Comes in a plastic packaging with clear lid, so that you can see the color you getting. Peach Ice is a pretty light pinky-peachy shade. Great for everyday wear. It gives nice soft peachy flush to my cheeks. I like it that it looks really natural. 

I really been wanting to pick all the shades. Hello Blush Junkie! There is in total 4 shades. I hope Palladio will introduce more :) Fingers crossed!

I'm Blushing 2 in 1 Cheek and Lip Tint ~ I am not a cream blush fan but I been really liking this one. Guess the color made me do it:) Multi Tasking cream color stick that provides subtle flush to cheeks and lips! Blends really nice and leaves nice sheer hint of color n the cheeks. I use my finer to blend tit, I find it that this way is really easy.And that were I like to use it. It looked way to frosty on the lips for my liking. The blush stick is small and it twist up form the bottom. "Precious" is really light icy pink. 

Again I really been impressed with Palladio. Their products are really great and they need a bit more hype!

Burt's Bees ~ BB Cream, Lip Balms and Lipsticks ~ Review + Swatches

Hi Beauties!

Today I have Burt's Bees Makeup review :) All the products were send to me by Ricky's Blogger Box.

Now to be honest I never tried any Burt's Bees products. I only hear or saw them at my local drugstores.
When I saw Burt's Bees Lipsticks and BB cream I screamed!

LIPSTICKS ~ There is 14 permanent shades in a line. Made with natural ingredients and the color selection is amazing! They feel really moisturizing, soften and condition lips all day long all because of their natural formula including beeswax, Moringa Oil and raspberry Seed Oil. They have satin finish. The feel like a lip balm and yet you get a full coverage on your lips :) They are creamy and feel lightweight. Perfect for everyday wear. The packaging is super cute ! lightweight and the cap reminds me of a beehive :) each cap shows the lippie color hidden inside :) the only thing is, you need to be careful because lipstick don't hid all the way... some it still out so you need to be careful when pulling and putting the cap back on . Another things is it really gives me hard to twisting up the lipstick... Hope they can improve it .
I got 7 beautiful shade to try and OMG yes Monica love them and now she need to complete collection and get reaming 7. Don't ask I am weird like that I need to have all possible colors they are other wise I cant sleep. I really really been loving them :)

BB Creams ~ I love BB and CC creams! i always use them summer time when I don't' need much and heavy coverage. Burt's Bees BB Cream 9 in 1 multi-tasking formula with Board Spectrum SPF 15 enhances your skin's natural beauty instantly. This unique natural formula moisturizes, firms skin, evens skin tone, reduces appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, conceals, illuminates, perfects skin and makes it look more beautiful. BB cream comes in a squeezable tube. Available in 3 shades Light, Light/Medium, Dark. Really hope that they will come out with bigger color range. I use Light and Light/Medium. I mix both of them to suit my complexion more. It provides light to medium coverage which I like when it comes to BB and CC creams. Feels like a moisturizer when applied. Non greasy. I like to set it with a powder after :) I am really happy that it contains SPF and I am excited to start using it more once weather gets warmer. It makes a perfect pair with my Osmosis Pressed Base :)

Tinted Lip Balms ~ lip balms are such a must have for me. Especially for my daughter, she gets her lips really chapped during winter. I been loving Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balms :) not only they soften and moisturize lips but also give a hint of color :) Love them! especially since I tend to wear super drying lipsticks this is a must have. They do also smell amazing :) I got my in shades : Red Dahlia, Sweet Violet and Zinnia (which my daughter took ).

Palladio Beauty Velvet Matte Cream Lip Colors ~ Review + Swatches

Yay! Another Palladio Review! I must say so far I am super impressed with this brand! They are really affordable and their products are amazing! 

Today I will say few words of the Velvet Matte Cream Lip Colors. 

The have a velvet matte finish. they are not just like any other liquid lipsticks out there. They don't dry super matte and super dry. Palladio Lip creams are really creamy and opaque. the packaging reminds me a bit of Maybelline Elixirs. the lid is black and matte and on it you can  see a sticker with a name of a lipstick.  

* Sateen ~ coraly-pink. Very pretty pink. Great for everyday wear. Especially in Spring and Summer

* Brocade ~  raspberry pink. One of my favorites 

* Panne ~  beautiful red with orange undertones.

Overall I like the formula. Like I said before they are not like a regular liquid lipsticks. They don't dry your lips. But they do transfer. They do last a pretty long time. The formula is think and creamy. applies glossy and then it dries matte, but not like the liquid lipstick drying matte ( you know what I mean?)  really for $6 you can't go wrong. I really been enjoying it. I actually wore Brocade a bit. I really need to go and pick the nudes and lightest shades now :)
