Sorry girls , I haven't post in a while due to no time ... So much busy at my work and when I come back home I super exhausted.
This post I dedicate to my CUPCAKES :)
Cupcakes are a LOVE of my. I really love love love anything cupcake :)
Baking them is a fun too :) Too bad I don't have time to make them form a scratch... I use cake mix .....

Here are the Cupcakes I made for Easter ~ very very yummy.
fun and super easy to do.

All you need is a:
Cake Box (any kind you like),
eggs,
water,
oil.
Heavy cream for frosting.
I also came across a Strawberry frosting by shopping in Polish Store. Its a powder frosting that you add to your heavy cream.

Prepare cake box according to directions on the box.

Mine required 3 whole eggs, 1 cup of water and 1/3 cup of oil.

The frosting : I beat 0.5l heavy cream with a bit of sugar, and by the end when it was ready I add the Strawberry powder, mixed in gently with spatula.

and Voila , my cupcakes were ready :)

Decorated with some sprinkles :)

Finally feels like Spring in NYC. But Yesterdays weather felt more like summer though.

Sophia and I decided to take a trip to Central Park. And I think every other New Yorker. The Park was packed , so many people.

There is always something to do while you there :) For me mostly is to find the perfect spot for a picnic and just look at all the skyscrapers surrounding the park. Or... jut walk around and take a lots of pictures :) That's another favorite thing of my :)

After a long and cold winter , park is finally awaking :) Trees and flowers starting to bloom, bees flying around, birds chirping happily :)

We did have fun and got home tired and exhausted. Can't wait for our next trip :) Love discovering the city all over again :) Here are some pictures we took during our walk :) Enjoy

W koncu czuc wiosne w Nowym Jorku. W sumie wczorajsza pogoda bardziej przypominala mi lato.

Razem z Sophia postanowilysmy pojechac do Central Parku , i nie tylko my milalysmy taki pomysl. Duzo Nowojorczkow i turystow zawitalo w ten piekny dzien do parku.

Zawsze jest cos to zrobienia albo i zobaczenia :) Ja zawsze szukam miejsca , najlepiej pod dzewkiem , rozkladam kocyk , wyciagam jedzonko i mam maly piknik:) a co uwielbiam najbardziej? Kocham ogoadac wiezowce ktore otaczaja park :) Czuje sie wtedy taka malutka :)

bardzo tez lubie spacerowac i robic zdjecia :) I tak wczoraj bylo , napierw maly piknik a poznej maly spacerek :)

Po tej naszej dlugiej i mrozniej zimie park wreszcze budzi sie do zycia :) Kwitna dzewa i kwiaty, pszczolki lataja a ptaszki radosnie spiewaja :)

W drodze powrotnej zachaczylsmy o Times Square ... :)

umeczone dotarlysmy do domu okolo godziny 17:00 :)

Nie moge sie doczekac naszej kolejnej wycieczki :) zawze znajdzie sie cos ciekawego do zobaczenia w NYC :)
