Empty NYC - March 2020 #StayHome

Just wanted to stop by and share pictures that my boss sent in our work group today.

He had to drive to Manhattan to check the mail and see if the office still stands LOL.

But all jokes aside.... I never seen NYC so empty! and I been here 13 years already.

As of now there is no set date on when will the office reopen. I do miss it.

So eerie. Ghost town. City that never sleeps actually sleeps.

And I am happy to see people are staying home and saving lives.

Take a look

New Favorite Anniversary Ring From Anjolee

*pr sample*

I am in love. Girl if you know me you know pretty jewelry is my weakness. I own a lot of silver jewelry, and personally this is my go to.Sure I love a gold too but hey if you lose silver your won;t shed many tears as if you would loose gold piece. Trust me I lost gold ring and I cried for a week!
Anyways that was years ago,and I like to keep that wound closed.

Now lets talk about Anjolee- they sale gorgeous jewelry on their website. Rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets you name it. Every thing is neat and well presented. The best part is that you can actually customize your jewelry! Yes you heard me right! You choose stone, carats weight, sizes, etc just to make your piece perfect.
The mission of Anjolee is to provide customers with the highest quality of hand-crafted jewelry, using only the finest precious metals, natural diamonds, and gemstones.

To achieve their mission, they focus on:
  • Customized jewelry that reflects each customer’s taste and budget
  • State of the art technology
  • Knowledgeable, friendly, and always available jewelry specialists
The originator of the diamond tennis bracelet, Anjolee has steadily expanded over the years into a full range of quality diamond jewelry, from bridal pieces and fashion rings to bracelets, earrings, and necklaces

I tell you that I love a good bling. I adore shiny jewelry and Anjolee gives me just that! The pieces on their web are stunning. The ring I choose is not that simple it is so extra and I love it. It is an anniversary silver ring with 1.32 ct cubic zirconia (link). And wow what a beauty it is! Especially when the light catches the stones they shine! I got size 9 and it fits perfectly on my ring finger. I been wearing it for over a week now and I been getting so many compliments and questions on where did I get this beauty! This seriously can pass by White Gold and Diamonds.

I think the style of the ring is classy and goes with any outfit and any occasion. Its so funny because when I wear it I feel like Madonna in "Material Girl" clip. And Anjolee team is just like the guys that give Madonna all the jewelry :) I know weird compassion but ugh sometimes I can't stop my imagination.

Diamonds (and CZ's) and girls best friends, are they yours too?

Check out Anjolee and their stunning master pieces here
And here is the link to my ring.

*** Please note that Anjolee don't sell Silver. My ring was a sample made specially for me in SLV and CZ. Anjolee does offer as add on CZ replicas of anniversary rigs and /or bridal sets. In order to get one you must purchase a gold set. I am pretty sure if there is any question Anjolee Customer Service will help***

Random Trip ~ Chinatown, Lincoln Center and Central Park ~ NYC lifestyle

Saturday was supposed to be a quick Dentist visit in Chinatown and then we were supposed to go home. But. We don't go out often these days. I work full time and weekends are my cleaning and relaxing day. I rarely go out. But since we were already int he city, so why not? After our dentist appt in Chinatown we jumped in F train on East BWAY station and took uptown to Rockefeller CTR and transfer to D. Then we took it two stops to Columbus Circle and then 1 train to 66th Street Lincoln Ctr. Hahaha! confusing right? I bet if you not form around here it might be. We went all the way to 66th street to visit my sister in law who works at Garment Garage, small supermarket with very yummy foods. Its right across the street form Juliard, cant missed it. If you around in the area def check it out. They have the best Hungarian Mushroom Soup! it smells and tastes almost like the one my mom and my grandma makes!oh men I missed that soup! with Christmas around corner is miss it even more. But long story make it short. After we ate and hang out with Snow, we went to take few pics at Lincoln Center :) Nice place but outside not much to do. After we were supposed to walk down to Columbus Circle and take train home , but with Central Park right in front of us we decided to take a short walk in the park. It was cold and gloomy. But we did had lots of fun.
Here is full load of pictures! enjoy !

Places to see in NYC ~ Brooklyn Bridge

I haven't done a NYC post in a while. I know some of you like reading it and scrolling down the pics.
To walk down and up the Brooklyn Bridge was on my bucket list for so long. I think we all saw Godzilla movie and the famous bridge? You know the movie form 1998? This one of the movies that after watching i wanted to go to NYC so bad! So 10 years later I finally had a chance to walk down it. Can you believe it took me 10 Years!? Crazy! Dont get me wrong it is my first time walking not my first time on the bridge. Whenever going back to Brooklyn we always take Brooklyn Bridge or Manhattan Bridge :)

Brooklyn Bridge is one of the oldest hybrid style cable-stayed/suspension bridge in United States.
Completed in 1883 connects Manhattan and Brooklyn by spanning the East River.
The pedestrian walkway in the center of the bridge above the car lanes.

Can you spy Sophia? LOL!

The view from the bridge is phenomenal, especially if you walk from Brooklyn towards Manhattan. The lower Manhattan skyline is right in front of you :)

Sophia and I, we took a walk starting from Brooklyn to Manhattan and than back.
We took A train to High Street/Brooklyn Bridge stop and than walk 3 min. Once we found the stairs we got on and start taking pictures :)
The weather that day was wonderful! almost spring like :) It was an impulse trip. I was panning to visit my in laws, who lives in Park Slope, Sophia wanted to do something so I ask how about we go for a walk on a Brooklyn Bridge? Oh yes great idea. But after checking forecast I saw that around 4pm it will rain, but at 1pm sky was blue and sun was shinning. We got ready fast and took a subway to the bridge and came home just in time. Shortly after it was pouring rain and thunderstorm.

Here are few pics form the trip :) Enjoy them and let me know what places you would like to visit ? :) maybe I go there next time :)

Hope you enjoyed this post :)
