Since I have oily skin I try to avoid any oil based makeup removers. But what can I do when they work so great for me? I did use few in the past, but nothing compare them with Immortelle Oil makeup remover by L'occitane. This is by far the best makeup remover I tried. I wear makeup everyday so a good makeup remover is a must. I been using this one for a past month and I can put it down. Product come in a plastic bottle with a pump. The pump locks once you twist it. Love that! It makes it travel with ease and I don't have to worry that I might spill or something. The oil itself have a very silky texture. I pump out 2 pumps of oil on my hands and massage all over my face and eyes to remove makeup. Once I get to my eyes I can feel how it melts mascara away. Once Im done I use warm water to wash it off. I was surprised that it didn't leave any greasy residue behind. My face felt clean and refreshed.
It does have a scent to it but its barely there. Love how it removes makeup, even stubborn water proof mascaras. Some oil based removers tend to leave my skin dry and really tight. This one did the opposite. It feels hydrated and light. And the best part it didn't break me out! woohoo!
