Zoella Beauty Body Mists ~ Summer Fragrance Edit

Like any girl i love to smell good. Body sprays, body mists, perfumes .. you name it, its my weakness LOL. In today's post I will focus on Zoella Beauty Body Spritz's. I also believe this might be my first mention of Zoella's products on my blog. Or not ... I might have mention Zoella's Hand cream a while back? Not sure, but definitely I will write more later on, because there is few products that I need to shout out :)

Today's post is Body Spritz. I have 4 in total. All come in a square chunky glass bottle. Each bottle have a different design and each one is really elegant.  Each bottle is 45 ml (1.5 fl oz) and it cost a around $13. Not sure if all are still available. 

* Blissful Mistful ~  bottle is a coppery rose gold I would say. I like the dots design on the back :) This one was my first body spray by Zoella I got. I think it is the original collection scent. Floral and Sweet. This fragrance launched in 2014. Top notes: strawberry and grapefruit, middle notes: violet, jasmine and gardenia, base notes: vanilla and musk.  I do like it but the musk might be a bit overbearing and it will trigger my migraine. the scent is perfect for spring summer days. But be warned the scent won't last very long.

* Sweet Inspiration ~  cute pink-y gold bottle with shell like design on the back. This might be a least of my favorites coz of the almond and vanilla. Gosh I remember I used to love almond scent. But then I guess I over did with almond scented everything and I seriously can't take it any more. This scent launched in 2016 and notes includes: macaroon, vanilla ,almond, cacao and honey. Blissful Mistful last only few hours this one could go for days. Not kidding. When I first tried it and sprayed it, I could still smell it after I showered. Talk about the lasting power! A  little note: the picture I took of this collection was featured on Zoella's Beauty Social medias :)

* Gelat'eau ~ all white bottle and the scent is marvelous! The whole collection was a hit for me! Loved it every piece I got. The fragrance the most! Scent is flora, fruity and fresh. The notes include black elder flower, pomegranate, sweet creamy notes and ozonic notes. This is noting like I smelled before. The scent is strong but not overpowering. Just perfect like the whole jelly and gelato collection was amazing. The only downside is not long lasting :(. this scent was part of 2017 summer collection.

* Splash Botanic'Eau ~ just loving the bottle and the palm leaves at the back and the cap. Just stunning! and the scent? Freaking amazing! This is my fave out of all 4 . It is new, launched this 2018  summer collection, that has this awesome botanic theme. The scent is describes as a watery floral scent with freesia and iris flower. It light and airy and just so green. I dunno how to say it but it just reminds me of nature, a summer day in park by the water.  I like to pair it with a body quench cream for the scent to last longer.

Glam Princess by Vera Wang ~ New favorite Perfume

My newest purchase Glam Princess By Vera Wang. Truly Glam :) I already own Rock Princess, which I talk more about here. 

Compared to Rock Princess, Glam Princess is sweeter and more day time. Rock princess is more of a night scent. 

Anyways I am a big fun of Vera's Princess Fragrances and cant wait to add more to my collection. I don't know about you but I love perfumes. 

Glam Princess is 4th Princess released in Princess collection. She is sweet and adorable. I actually am not a fan of sweet perfumes but she reminds me a bit of Ari, you know that sweet marshmallow note :) but it is not as sweet as Ari.  It is crispier and have a freshest of fruits in it. 

Top Notes: Crushed Red Berries, Guava, Sparkling Pear

Heart Notes: Orange Blossom. Vanilla Orchid

Base Notes: Ambrette, Marshmallow, Cashmere Woods

The scent is amazing. I been really enjoying it. Not overpowering.As soonest you spay it opens with burst so sparkling fruits.The  dry down trail is a mix of cashmere woods and vanilla marshmallow. I just wish the scent would stay a bit longer... I been carrying it with me to reapply :) Call me crazy but men this fragrance is something! 

Now can we talk about bottle? All I can say it is a fairy tale come to life. I have to say this reminds me so of Belle form Beauty and the Best. Right?? Heart shaped bottle is yellow just like a Belle's famous dress. Then we have a gold crown with multicolored gems. Again like with a rock princess once you take a crown off there is a ring that you can wear :) What else I love about the bottle are the pink stars :) and the box itself is a keeper :) Definitely I need to display it.

yes I am a huge fan of this scent. Its glam and magical. This could be a great scent for any teenage girl. It might be a bit to sweet for older ladies but hey I am almost 30 and I am digging it :0

Jimmy Choo 'Illicit' and Valentino 'Valentina' ~perfume luxury

Let's talk luxury. Perfume luxury. Who doesn't want to smell like million bucks?:) 

Today I want to share my thoughts on  Jimmy Choo and Valentino perfumes.

Let's start with beautifully seductive and tenting ~ Illicit by Jimmy Choo.

Opens up with notes of bitter orange and ginger. The dry down is warm blend of honey with floral elements. Love the honey - amber notes. Perfume is on a sweet side which I been loving at the moment. Illicit stay on my skin all day. No kidding, I could still smell reaming woodsy smell after 12h since spraying them on. 

The bottle and the packaging are gorgeous. Looks really luxurious on my vanity. inspired by art deco crystal glass tumbler with the yellow juice inside ... ah in love.

Top: Bitter orange, ginger

Heart: Rose, Jasmine Sambac

Base: Amber, Honey, Sandalwood

Valentino 'Valentina' ~ is it me or this perfume is perfect  for Valentines day? What  I love the most is the bottle. Look how gorgeous it is . Floral decorations of pink and ivory flowers :) It just makes this bottle super classy and luxurious.  Perfume is a composition of floral -fruity- oriental mix. Its delicate, elegant and fun. Reminds me of summer in Poland, yes that strawberry note got me. And I am a fan of strawberries. The scent is not overpowering. Opens up with notes of Cambrian bergamot which gives a fresh opening. Later you can trace notes of Jasmine, Rose  and Strawberries.  The dry down is warm sensual amber. I really like the perfume, but it don't last long : ( such a shame :( and another thing is the plastic cap. Why plastic... it really cheap made and it don't go well with the luxurious looking bottle. I say if you want to give a shot to Valentina get her, she is sweet and fruity and I hope it will last longer on you then it does on me. She is a stunner for sure.

Thierry Mugler " Alien" is it worth the hype?

Let's talk about a perfume that are basically everywhere. I swear everywhere I turn I see them, I hear girls talking about it and saying how much they love them . 

Thierry Mugler- Alien perfume is it really worth the hype around them ? Let's see.
This perfume been around for years ( lunched in 2005, yes I did my research), and why am I hearing of them now? no cross that, why am I getting them now?!? I should have own them years ago!
I know my hubby's cousin she love them! She said that Alien is her all time Fave! and she can not wear anything else. I actually bump into them at Sephora month ago. It wasn't the love at first scent, tho. I was walking around with a paper that I spray and just smelling. It was strong that all I could say. Then I put it in my pocket and went home.

Now as soonest I came home, Snow smelled them! hahah! she asked me why I smell like Alien ? Yeah sounds weird huh? I pulled out the paper and OMG they smelled even better! Woody-musky scent yes baby I am hooked! Plus all the time you can smell Jasmine. This perfume is nothing like any other . It can be consider manly and overpowering and I agree, but they are wonderful!
It opens up with a very strong note of Jasmine. Later Jasmine makes space for Cashmeran, which gives to Alien this woody-musky, earth scent. The dry down is my fave. Woody-Vanilla with noticeable notes of Jasmine. As you can tell Jasmine is the main note. SO if you don't like jasmine , you will not like Alien.

Now can we talk about the bottle for a second? How freaking cool it is? Reminds me of a amethyst or even outer space object.
But the longer I look at the bottle it reminds me of Princess Amethyst of Gemworld ( DC Comics Superhero). This perfume would suit her really well! since she is from different planet, that makes her an alien right :) And her name is Amethyst and amethyst is purple, so there you go :)

Yup, as you read it all the hype is real.I am obsessed with Alien. Alien is unique and different. Alien is spectacular. And I freaking love it!
Now I am off to listen some Alien songs :) Katy Perry "E.T" coz Thierry Mugler Alien it is hypnotizing and totally different dimension.

Chloe ~ ever since I saw the gorgeous display at Macy's years ago I was be-spelled. I know  I took a pic but can't find it :( Sorry. Display was simply stunning! crystal and gold and the best part was chandelier form which thousands tiny Chloe perfume bottles were hanging. Can you imagine! Chloe for me is one of the luxurious perfumes. Captured in a gorgeous square bottle with a bow. Just looking at the bottle you say Luxury :) Love the powdery floral scent of perfumes, light, seductive and fresh. The scent wears really well, Last all day and I can still smell it the next :) Chloe might be choice for younger girls but I am sure any Mom would appreciate it, especially when it comes in a gorgeous gift set!

FlowerBomb ~ V & R

Another classic! I been wanting them for a quite a while. Flowerbomb is a must have for sure and it makes a perfect gift for any occasion. Just like the name suggest its a explosion of flowers :) Feminine and classy. I was hooked form the first spray. It opens by strong but refreshing notes of tea and bergamot.  then its time for more flower notes of Jasmine, Freesia and Orchid. The dry down is musky patchouli and ambery-vanilla trace, oriental scent. 

The bottle was design to look like an actual bomb :) a diamond grenade. I really like the look of the bottle. And the box it came with, Pink with back ribbons and flower :) Looks beautiful!

This will make another great gift for Mom.

ARI by Ariana Grande ~ a Spring must have

Ok I never knew I can be obsessed with a perfume, clearly I am! I been addicted to ARI !

Ariana's Grande debut fragrance is truly addicting. You don't believe me? Try for yourself.

I got a set from FragranceNet.com. It comes with a perfume, mini perfume and body lotion. I must say the box you get it it freaking adorable! Cute pastel pink with rose golden plate with Ariana Grande writen on. Simply adorable. 

Now lets talk about the luxurious bottle! Crystal diamonds with rose gold detailing. The best part is the white pom pom attached to it. Reminds me of marshmallow! Maybe because the marshmallow note dominate the scent? I guess. 

ARI is soft, feminine scent with fruity top notes of crisp pear, pink grapefruit and raspberry, flora middle notes muguet, rose and vanilla orchid and drydown notes of creamy musk, blonde woods and yummy marshmallow. 

I would describe this perfume as sugar sweet :) The scent s well balanced and not overpowering. I been wearing it every day since I got it. It last so long on me. I am kinda surprised coz not all perfume are super long lasting. 

My set also contain mini ARI, which comes in same diamond crystal bottle and body lotion. 

Both lotion and perfume complements each other. 

Yes! as you can tell I been loving ARI. Its one of my favorite Celebrity perfume. So if you ever wonder how Ariana smells ...well she smells of floral and marshmallows :) 

Maybe ARI may not your typical Spring Perfume choice . but it definitely is my choice.

Apple-licious Day ~ The Balm, DKNY, Nina Ricci and Apple Roses Recipe

Does everyone loves apples like me? I have for you an apple inspired post :)

First off  I made an apple roses! I can believe how easy they are to make. Second I will be talking about few Apple inspired makeup and perfume products I got form FragranceNet.com.

Yeah You can tell I love that website. They really have many great products and again I will say ...they are cheaper then anywhere else!

So for my apple post I have The Balm 'How 'bout them Apples' Lips and C heels palette, DKNY Be Delicious and Nina Ricci Fantasy Perfumes.

The Balm "How 'bout them Apples" ~ This two in one palette been on my wishlist forever. First off, The Balm have the best packaging ever! Second off, look at the sexy apples you get inside. Isn't it pretty. The cute Pin Up girl chilling with dog and apple basket. Inside we have huge mirror and six delicious shades. Each pan is round and outside you can see an apple design.
As I said before there are six cream shades:
Cider ~ lightest, neutral soft peach
Cobbler ~ red, rosy color
Pie ~ coral-pink
Crisp ~ coral with shimmer
Candy ~ pink
Caramel ~ orange brown.
I actually really like using this palette as a lip palette. I don't really do well with cream blushes. I used either a lip brush or my finger to apply. I used Cider as my blush few times and I used a stippling brush to apply rather then my fingers. Caramel would be favorite shade to wear but ummmm either cobbler or cider are ...ummmm... nice to look at :) I'm just saying everyone need this sexy palette in their stash.

DKNY Be Delicious ~ my green apple :) This have been one of my to go perfumes last month.Fresh,  Clean and fruity scent. Not over powering. Perfect for day time wear. Whenever I wear it I get many questions on what perfume I sprayed on. Bottle is round and shaped as an apple. The only thing I dislike is the cap... it reflects everything like a mirror and it  is really hard to photograph.
Top Notes : Grapefruit, Cucumber, Magnolia
Heart Notes : Apple, Tuberose, White Muguet, Rose, Violet
\Base Notes: White Amber, Woods
Opens up with Grapefruit, Cucumber and Magnolia and on me it stays that way. All day I can smell these three notes.  Surprisingly I don't get much apple tho. But you know on you skin you can smell more apple notes. Everyone is different. This reminds me of summer time in Poland when I used to pick apples and running around in a garden between apple trees. I really like it and I highly recommend it .

Nina Ricci " Fantasy" ~ when you sucker for bottle and packaging, buy perfumes with out smelling them first. Yes that is me :) Omg the bottle is just gorgeous. Kinda reminds me of forbidden apple. And it is different form DKNY one. This is one is way sweeter. Not really over powering sweet or sweet that might give you a head ache but just sweet with a notes of pear. I would say the two strongest notes would be pear and cherry blossom. I came to like this perfume. It prefect spring day time wear fragrance. The only this it didn't last long time on me. Had to spray twice during a day. 
Top Notes: Bergamot, Mandarin and Pear
Heart Notes: Heliotrope, Rose, Cherry Blossom
Base Notes: Brown Sugar, Vanilla

Now the recipe

All you need for 6 apple roses:
~  Puff Pastry 1 sheet
~  1 big red apple
~  Apricot preserve
~  Lemon or lemon Juice
~ water
~ cinnamon sugar

First thing you need to unfreeze pastry. Once that is done you have to roll it out. Then cut in  i 6 strips. On each strip spread out apricot preserve.
Apples cut in half, take all the seeds out. Cut very thinly. Once you have your think slices. Put them in bowl with water and lemon juice. Heat it up in  a microwave for 3 min. Apples will be softer and they wont change color.

Once you spread a apricot preserve on  a dough. Add apples on the top of the dough. sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and fold the dough. and then start rolling them. Arrange in a greased muffin tin and bake at 350F for 40 min. Let them cool down . Then pull it out and sprinkle with powder sugar.
Taa daa super easy right?
