Rose Gold Obsessed ~ Biore Rose Quartz and Georgette Klinger ~ skin care review

*gifted*

After being off for so many moths I have a lot to catch up.  I have few post pre-written and hopefully I will be able to publish twice to three times a week. Trust me there is a lot I want to share with you.

This post combines to brands - Biore skin care that is more affordable and Georgette Klinger which is  more pricey.

Lets start with Biore and their Rose Quartz line. This was sent over to me as a part of Octoly campaign.

BIORE SKIN CARE

This is my first time trying anything from Biore. I had a nose patches before, but skin care wise this is my first time. Hello newbie!
I actually want to start that even if I haven't got these sent to me I would definitely purchase it.
First thing that would land in my cart would be Rose Quartz + Charcoal Gentle Pore Refining Scrub. If you know me, you know I love scrubs. Well not only me but my husband loves it too. We both been really liking this one. You need tiny amount of it.  The scrub looks so pretty tho. I sorry I have to mention it. It pink and sparkly just as quartz. My hubby is not a fan of the sparkly stuff, but hey the scrub works really good so he don;t mind it as much now. Aside from looking pretty it smells so nice. It is really a pleasure to work with it. I like to focus on my pore area, nose and forehead with this scrub. I saw improvements in my skin within few uses (FYI I only use it one or twice a week). Once I am done with scrubbing I like to follow up my routine using Biore Rose Quartz + Charcoal Daily Purifying Cleanser- and yes I am a fan as well. In my night time routine I use it with my Michael Todd brush, in the morning my cleanser changes more often then during night time. But if I use it in the morning I just use my fingers. It is really gentle, pink sparkly cleanser. Smells wonderful and leaves skin feeling clean. I like that this series is great for oily skin :) I been using this for more then two weeks now and I am happy how my skin feels and looks. Out of all line these two are my top picks.

Now lets move on to so-so and least favorite products.
Biore Rose Quartz + Charcoal Facial Cleaning Bar - If this was not sent to me I would not be picking this up. Overall I am not a fan of bar soaps. I don;t mind if they are body, but face I rarely use. I did give it a shot tho, and will say I was pleasantly surprised. Just like the cleanser it left my skin feeling fresh and clean. I am thinking tho, since I don;t want it to go to waste I might include it in my morning routine. Let me see if my daughter would like to use it.
The last products in this series and complete fail for me is the Biore Rose Quartz + Charcoal Gentle Marshmallow Foam Cleanser - I did not like it at all. Maybe coz foam cleanser are not my favorite overall. There were few in the past that I actually liked. This I feel did nothing.  Plus I got weird reaction from it. No idea why?  The previous products were really good and this nah.

Georgette Klinger Skin Care

Moving on to new brand that I discovered via Join Palm platform - Georgette Klinger. Now I not sure how to assign this. I got the products via Join Palm (influencers platform) and I paid small fees (less then $2 for each product).
I have 4 products to talk about , the fifth one is March campaign and I should be getting it in next 2 weeks.

Lets start with my first product that I got - Phytic Exfoliating Mask ~ a clay based mask that refreshes complexion and purifies pores while gently exfoliating skin. I  really was impressed by the brand and the mask. I mean I love the aesthetics of the products. Very minimal but at the same time they draw attention. This mask is wonderful and does wonders to my skin. I put on for about 10 min and then take if off. Skin feels so soft, fresh and hydrated. I am so happy to have it my collection and my routine. ($34)

Next product is Retinol PM ~ a must have in the night time routine. I seriously fell in love with this moisturizer. Its lightweight and absorbs really fast. Its infused with Vitamin E (healing and moisturizing) Shea Butter and Rosehip Seed Oil (rich in vitamins and essential fatty acids). This moisturizer target more mature skin, but hey I will be 33 in next few days so hello I need to start taking care of my skin. Definitely a staple in anti aging routine for any one.  ($68)

Now lets talk toners. I have a lot  lot lot of toners in my arsenal. Vitamin C toners are some of my favorites. Overall Vitamin C skin care is amazing. Don't argue with me it it. What I notice the most with this toner is that it calmed my skin. It look less red then it usually do. The main ingredients are Kakadu Plum ( one of the worlds riches source of vitamin c- works to form a defensive shield of antioxidants to protect complexion against free radicals) Aloe, Witch Hazel, watercress and Elderflower - clam skin, removing excess oil, dirt, makeup and pollutants. It smoothes and softens skin leaving it refresh and ready for next steps in the routine. ($26)

The last product I have is new. I got it last month and I was not able to test it thoroughly. Its the Acne Spot Relief - I tell you when I have something for acne , my pimples are gone and won't come out. But when I dont have anything, bam my face is out of control. Seriously! makes no sense, but here we are. Let me just tell you what it does and once I try it on on actual pimples I will update most likely on my Instagram. It formulated with Salicylic Acid and Lactic Acid that dissolve pore-blocking dead skin cells to penetrate the skin delivering antiseptic and healing Tea Tree Oil- this acne fighting essential oil kill the bacteria that causes acne. Soothing Witch Hazel and Chamomile keep redness and acne inflammation under control. I am really hoping to get pimples soon so I can try it and see how effective it really is. Fingers crosses!

So that will be it for my Rose Gold Obsessed skin care post. Let me know did anything caught your eye? What would like to try yourself?

Chuda Skincare Healing Hydrating Cream ~ a miracle moisturizer? Review

*pr sample*

Hi Loves!

O wow it has been a while since I last posted! Month of February was really busy for me. I was getting  ready for an important event that was on March 3rd. I was so stressed... Headaches almost everyday... Nervous ... I could go on and on. I neglect my IG as well :(  I just hope it all went well and I can go back to my regular posting.

So today let me show you a new beauty product, that I been using in past two weeks.
I am talking about Chuda Skincare Healing Hydrating Cream. When I posted picture of the cream on my IG every one was curious about it. The name is so similar to famous Huda makeup line. But there are totally different brands.

Here is a little history on the brand I got off the Brand Backer website:

THE STORY OF CHUDA BEGAN CENTURIES AGO, WHEN PRINCESS MEDEA OF COLCHIS LEARNED OF THE REMARKABLE MEDICINAL BENEFITS OF FLOWERS AND HERBS AND ADMINISTERED THEM TO THOSE FALLING ILL.

INSPIRED BY THE CREATIONS OF MEDEA, THE TURMANIDZE FAMILY OF GEORGIA CONTINUED THE PRACTICE OF NATURAL HEALING AND CREATED THEIR OWN INDIGENOUS REMEDIES, INCLUDING A POWERFUL MEDICINAL COMPOUND THAT RAPIDLY HEALED WOUNDED SKIN.

THE COMPOUND'S INGREDIENTS WERE HARVESTED FROM THE PEAKS OF THE PICTURESQUE GEORGIAN MOUNTAINS. THEIR POTENCY WAS ENHANCED BY THE MINERAL-RICH WATERS THAT RAN THROUGH THE ROCKY CAVERNS. THE COMPOUND'S EXACT METHOD OF FORMULATION BECAME A GUARDED FAMILY SECRET—AND REMAINS SO TODAY.

THE EXTRAORDINARY HEALING POWER OF THE COMPOUND SPREAD. GEORGIAN ROYALS CALLED ON THE TURMANIDZE FAMILY TO CURE THEIR AILMENTS. IN THE MID-1800'S, ITALIAN HERO GIUSEPPE GARIBALDI TURNED TO THE FAMILY TO SAVE HIS WOUNDED LEG. HE CALLED THE TREATMENT "MIRACULOUS."

OVER THE CENTURIES, DEMAND GREW FOR THE MIRACLE COMPOUND, LATER TO BE CALLED THE REMEDEA COMPOUND. DOCTORS IN GEORGIA AND RUSSIA USED IT IN PRACTICE, AS DID MILITARY MEDICS TO HEAL WOUNDED SOLDIERS WITH GREAT SUCCESS. IN TIME, THE KETEVAN TURMANIDZE FAMILY DEVELOPED A PRODUCT LINE FEATURING THE COMPOUND WITH DISTRIBUTION IN GEORGIA AND RUSSIA. "

Interesting right?

Now can we just stop and admire the packaging? I am so deeply in love with it. The red  and white never looked better and plus the gold detailing? Match made in heaven  :) I could just stare at the jar all day long and never get bored. It look so pretty on my vanity and catches eye all my visitors as well. Well done Chuda Skincare! A+ for the packaging.  Yes i know it is not about the pretty look of a jar but what it is inside. The cream.

I took a #CHUDACHALLANGE and put aside all my regular skin care and was using only their Chuda cream. That means no creams, masks, eye creams, serums etc. Chuda Cream is supposed to replace it all.  And I did. I took Chuda challenge and I really enjoyed it.

At first I will say that I was not really happy about it. You know why ? I used way too much hhhaha and it left my skin greasy, sticky and it wouldn't sink in. It was so unpleasant. But hello, finally I check again and this time I saw that I need to use only a pea size amount. And yes that did made a slight difference. It still feels sticky but not as much as before. I am not fun of sticky creams but I will forgive this one coz it really is good.

The cream helped out with my redness, a lot I say. I have really sensitive skin and well when I wash my face and apply skin care I always get red. Or when the skincare won't work on me it leaves a redness behind. My sister in law noticed that. One night she was sleeping over and I applied Chuda cream and the redness was gone. It also did hydrated my skin. My skin don't feel as dry as it did before.
The consistency is thick so I like to use it nighttime.

This might sound weird but I am looking forward to summer and testing this cream on sunburns! I heard it works wonders!

So lets wrap it all up:
Chuda Healing Hydrating cream supposed to:
 * be ideal for dry, damaged skin
* create a protective environment for skin to heal
* significantly reduces trans-epidermal water loss
* reduces the redness and swelling on compromised skin
* safe and gentle on sensitive and delicate skin

Active ingredients:
* Cross linked Sodium Hylauronate ~ attracts and binds up to 5000x its weight in water
* Dromecious Oil ~ delivers fatty acids
* Allantion ~ supports wound healing and stimulate healthy grow of a new tissue

 * Vitamin B, C and D

Chuda in Russian means "miracle" and indeed it is a miracle cream. I did enjoyed and I did notice difference in my skin.

The cream can be found at CHUDA SKINCARE website.
Cost $150 for 50ml.
But Chuda offers a promo and you can get the cream for 50%off! so instead of $150 you pay $75! that is a great deal you guys and the cream itself works wonders!

Night time Skin Care Routine including SRB, Bravura London, Dr.Brandt.

Skin Care is the most important part of the day. I get send a lot of pr skin care and I am trying to switch around as much as I can and then share it with you.As a disclaimer all the products mentioned in this post were send to me. To be honest I don't remember when was the last time I bought a skin care product.  and also I have to mention that I don't get paid for reviewing these products. I get send them to me for my honest opinion. So if I dont like something I definitely let you know.

I usually start my skin care around 9-10pm that is the time that I am done with dinner , homework, etc (monday to Friday) On the weekends my skin care look a bit different.

First I reach for makeup wipes. I use them to wipe off rest of my makeup. One wipe sheet is enough to clean my face. The makeup wipes I been currently using are my the brand Celavi in scent Milk. The brand offers more scents to choose. I have one more in Honey but I don't really like the scent. The Milk ones smells amazing and the wipes are soaked really good. And they take off makeup with ease. They don't feel harsh or anything. There is 30 in a package and they cost less than $5 score! So if you ever are looking for new inexpensive wipes I recommend Celavi in scent MILK :) for more scents click here,

once my face is clean I go to my eye makeup. And here with help comes Lancome Bi-Facil Double Action Eye Makeup Remover.  this guy is new in my cosmetic bag but after few uses it become a staple for me. It is really gentle! realy! if you have a sensitive eyes try this! my eyes love it! I didn't notice any burning, no blurry vision, no irritation , nothing! before I pour few drops on a cotton pad I give it a good shake and then press on closed lid to soak up the eyeshadow and mascara and then I sweep it off. I have a small 1.7fl oz (50ml) bottle that was gifted to me my a friend, but once I am done I am getting full size .. unless my friend can get me one more LOL.
Lancome Bi-Facil is available in every Lancome counter price for : 1.7 fl oz - $15, 4.2 fl oz - $30, 6.7fl oz -$39

Ok so now I'm don with my makeup, time to wash my face. Here I been using a Stabilized Rice Bran Enzyme Powder Wash by korean brand SRB. There is a huge hype on korean products! I guess it got to me too! LOl I actually want to try more korean brand and I might check some asian subscription boxes for that. I was contacted on my Instagram by the Choc Choc Cosmetics (korean beauty store in Chicago) they asked me if I would like to try SRB rice bran enzyme wash. Well you don't have to ask me twice hahah.

Yes! and this was a really good decision. I freaking love this cleanser and I will give you 10 good reason that you will too love it :
* First off - is great for all skin types even for the sensitive skin!
* Second - it is really gentle and non irritating (hence great for sensitive skin).
* Third - skin feels so soft and looks healthy after using it
* Fourth - rice bran extract helps repair damage skin
* Fifth - no uncomfortable dryness or tightness after using
* Sixth - smells really nice , like baby formula or cereal :)
* Seventh - really easy to use, just add few drops of water and then clean your face.
* Eight - skin feels clean and refreshed
* Ninth - brightens up the complexion
* Tenth - even kids can use it :) coz of the gentle formula.
I tried it on my daughter and she and her skin loves it :) She told me that her face feels so smooth and soft :) So yeah kids love it too!
if you are interested you can purchase it here.
Price $25

once I am done with washing my face it is time for mask. I don't do masks everyday but once in awhile. For a past few weeks I went back to my holy grail mask by Dr.Brandt Oxygen Facial Flash Recovery Mask.  I talked about it before you can check it here. But yes this mask will always have a special place in my skin care, My face feels soooo good after. I try to use it only if I really need to, I dont know if I will be able to purchase it again - the price is kinda high for my small budget and pay check :(  but it is worth every penny. I will wait for some sale or coupons tho.

My last two steps are with newest addition to my skin care by Bravura London. Salicylic Acid 2% Peel - this is such a an amazing products for acne/oily skin. Salicylic Acid is great for deeply penetrate pores, to dissolve oil buildup, It is housed in a navy blue frosted bottle and it comes with a dropper. it have clear and fragrance free formula. Bravura London recommend to use this peel for 10 (max 30min) and then rinse with water. I prefer to keep it overnight (as a serum) and then wash it off in the morning. Also it can be use  as a spot treatment :) talking about versatile product :) I didn't notice any dryness and my face looks much much better. Usually Salicylic Acid dry my skin but this one feels better :)

On the nights that I dont use Salicylic Acid I reach for their Azulene Moisturizer -  light moisturizer with healing properties. It is prefect for my oily skin. I didn't find it greasy or oily. There is no fragrance to it either. It absorbs intently and leaves my skin feeling nourish. he moisturizer come sin a blue frosted jar wit rose gold cap. The moisturizer itself is blue! but don;t worry there is no dye added. It is blue because of the Azulene plant and no it wont make your face blue :)
Over all Bravura London line is amazing, especially for people with problematic skin such as me. I am really looking forward to try more. I have to more products waiting for me to open them :) SO i better get going and do so.
I also have to mention that Bravura is Cruelty free and Vegan friendly :)
you can shop here.

So that is it for my night time routine. I will do a post on a day time  routine soon.
