*** OMG last post that was shared on my blog was in JUNE!!! Sorry loves, I just been super busy with my full time job. I have like 10 pre-written posts that I will go live in next few weeks. And in the meantime I will start working on new one. Coz I got a lot of new products!****

The new Jaclyn Cosmetics collection is here! And it's all about the blush and its beautiful! We have palettes, loose blushes, cream blushes and liquid lipsticks. You guys did you see the campaign video she did? Its seriously HOT! 

Launch and check out went smooth and I almost got what I wanted. There was a bundle deal that I was hoping to score but it sold out super fast. I ended up grabbing both palettes and one mood light blush. 

So the blush palettes are simply beautiful. Inside and outside. We have a cool and warm versions and to be honest I am really drawn to the cooler one, shades are so up my alley. Each palette contains 6 silky soft matte shades. 

The shades overall look really vibrant and deep in the pan as you can see but trust me they are workable. I have light skin tone and I can wear all the blushes. But of course I am drawn to the lighter ones. When you see swatches , they are pretty pigmented and that is because I swipe it over twice just to show the shades better. When I used brush the shades applied beautifully and blended well. As for darkest colors the best is to use light hand when applying it. 

Also, did you know you can mix them? I watched Jaclyn video and she was mixing two shade and guys they are so flexible and blend so nicely giving the most beautiful flush! Totally in love!

The only thing I would change is that I would put on the front of the box the name of each palette. Right now both reads Rouge Romance and its a bit confusing when you want to use cool version and you grab warm. But overall I totally recommend both palettes. 

Next we have a Mood Light Blush - and just as a name suggest it will be a illuminating blush. They are coming in a beautiful, high end looking clear jar. Top is rose gold with "J" that is in the color of the blush. I got my in a shade Love Language and I really enjoy it.

Beautiful Cheeks with Alamar Blushes

So excited to show you my go to blushes!They are by Alamar Cosmetics and guys I love them!

I don't know what happened but I really got hooked on blushes recently. I just can't stop! Alamar blushes were available in Boxy Charm few months ago.I unfortunately didn't get them, but bought them off people who didn't need them.The blush palettes retails at $22.I paid $8 each :) Not bad if  you ask me :) 

Alamar Cosmetics is pretty newer brand.I think they launched their first product last year. I believe it was a palette that was also sent in Boxy Charm. But don't quote me on that. 

I personally find this brand very tropical.I think they are based in Miami so hence the tropical,summery vibes. 

Aside from eye palettes and blushes,they have cute lip products and brush set. 

At some point I want to get my hands on the palettes and more lippies.

For now lets see the blush palettes.They are called Colorette Blush Trio.They come in three shades: light,medium and dark.

I own light and medium as they are suitable for my skin tone. 

Colorette Blush in Light - includes three pinky and peachy shades: Castaway - creamsicle orange, Paraiso - beige neutral pink, Scorcher- pinky peachy shade.

 

Colorette Blush in Medium- contains Seclusion - peach, Isla - coral and Toasted - rosy shade.

Both come is very ocean-y looking palette. I love it. And did you notice that light palette is lighter blue and medium a bit darker? I love that! The packaging have a magnetic closure and mirror inside.The formula is great on both palettes. They are not crazy pigmented and they do blend really easy. You can achieve a sheer wash of color or build it up to be more visible. I prefer sheerer cheeks and gosh I love the effect. My favorite shades are Paraiso, Isla and Toasted. I guess I am a sucker for rosey pinky blushes. But do trust me when I say that are wonderful!

I don't own dark-rich palette, coz duh its dark, but omg the colors inside as STUNNING! I really want to get it and see if I can sheer them out and make them work on my light skin tone.But really Its beautiful. If you have darker skin tone I know they will look so beautiful on you.

NARS Unfiltered | and Unfiltered || Blush palettes ~ swatches

NARS is one of the brands that I want to look more into this up coming year. I own few products but I want more. I see on IG some girls have a beautiful and huge collections of NARS products. I want it too. You can be a makeup junkie without NARS in you collection. 

So I decide to start my NARS  collection with a big bang! I bought two new blush palettes form Spring 2017 collection. Well, I was supposed to get only one but I couldn't decide which I like more so $120 later I am a proud owner of two gorgeous palettes :) 

Each blush palette includes 6 powder blushes. 5 limited edition shades and one re promote.  both come in sturdy packaging with mirrored surface. I actually like the packaging a lot. One is red and second one is pink.

Unfiltered I is more warmer and suitable for darker skin tones. But come on I had to have it coz of Exhibit A blush :) I know I can get it anytime but it just look fabulous in the palette and well other blushes are just as stunning. "Watch Me" is a gorgeous highlight! Ah cant wait to use it.

Unfiltered II is cooler and  suitable for lighter skin tones (hence Me :) ) this one have lovely pinky and mauve shades. I am not a pink blush kinda gal but damn this palette is gorgeous.

I actually cant tell you which I like more. Both have pretty and unique shades. Both are simply stunning. So if you have a founds get both if not choose the one that will suit you better :)

Rose Gold Obssesion ~ Makeup Revolution

I don't know about you but I love anything rose gold! Starting with jewelry, continue with accessories, home decor and makeup packaging. Rose gold everywhere please :)
Like I said every time when I review MUR I am so happy that we finally are able to get it here in USA. Not all the products are here yet, but hopefully soon they will.
Recently I got three new products form famous and amazing MUR.
Golden Sugar 2 Rose Gold Palette and two lipsticks in rose gold tubes ( Diamond Life and Chauffeur). Let me tell you my thoughts on all the products :)

Golden Sugar 2 Rose Gold - Ultra professional blush palette. I would not call it a blush palette though. Well maybe the last two shades. This palette is gorgeous! Simply beautiful and so summer appropriate. The colors are stunning! Nice selection  of shimmery shades rage form peaches, pinks, golden and coppers. I would call this a highlight palette more then a blush palette. The shades like I said are all sparkly and shimmery and blends into the skin so nice and leave a beautiful glow. That coppery bronze can be use to bronze up the skin a bit :) I remember Emilynoel yt when she was talking about her favorite palettes form MUR. As soonest I saw Golden Sugar 2 I said to myself I need to have it. What can I say I love sparkly shades and this one is filled with them :)

First Row:
* 1st shade is matte and its mauve- pink. Can be use a light blush just too add bit of  flush to your cheeks :)
* 2nd shade is shimmery peachy color. So pretty especially as a highlight or peachy blush topper
* 3rd shade golden champagne color and OMG by far my favorite and the most used one. i adore this shade and I think this might be dupe for JH Champagne POP? I don;t know I have to check it out
* 4th shade is bronze blush shade. Its matte but it does have a small visible, tiny pink glitter in. Personally I would use it as a blush or either eyeshadow then bronzer.

Second Row:
* 1st shade light peachy highlight also one of my favorite in the palette. Looks amazing on the cheeks.
* 2nd shade is shimmery pink highlight. It can b use also as a blush topper.
* 3rd shade is gorgeous copper highlight. I would not use it as a highlight though coz I am way to pale but OMG it is gorgeous! and so pigmented in one swipe. If you can dust very light handed on the skin I bet it would look breathtaking!
* 4th shade is tanned peachy nude blush. This shade is matte with no shimmer or sparkles whatsoever. This could be use as a bronzer or ca be topped with that coppery shade (they do look pretty together)

Overall I been really enjoying this palette. The shades are pigmented and they do blend nicely.
If you like shimmery shades and highlights give it a try. I actually think this palette will be great for travels as well :) The palette comes in a standard black packaging that is a fingerprints magnet :(

Makeup Revolution Rose Gold Lipsticks ~ Lipsticks in pretty rose gold packaging. The tubes remind me of MAC bullets but these are much lighter then MAC ones. I got my in Chauffeur and Diamond Life.
Chauffeur is pretty rosy nude shade.
Diamond Life is dark berry red. Not as dark as it looks in a tube but its this prefect berry color that everyone needs.

Lipsticks are super creamy and non drying. they can be build up or you can even layer them up with lips glosses and so on. I actually love Chauffeur, such a prefect nude!  Diamond life I was a bit scared ... When you look at the tube you see how dark the color is. But once swatched looks really pretty on!
The price point? you can beat it! $5 and you got a pretty looking lipstick with a long wear (4h tops for me ). There are I think 3 more shades in the collection and I am thinking of getting them too ! totally a #lipstickhoarder.

Makeup Revolution Ultra Blush Palette "HOT SPICE" ~ Review + Swatches

Makeup Revolution~ a makeup line created in Uk and slowly getting its way to US market. I am happy to see more of their products at my Ulta and online. Everyone and their mothers are talking about MUR and they Hype is real. 

Today I want to share my thoughts on one of their blush palettes. They have two option available: 

* Hot Spice 

* Sugar and Spice

I have Hot Spice and I am obsessed with it. Palette comes with 8 blushes. Each blush is really big and they are 3 finishes : shimmer, matte and baked. The colors are beautiful, peachy- coraly terracotta shades. Perfect for everyday wear. They apply smoothly and blends very nice. Long lasting as well. 

they come in a black glossy palette, same as eyeshadow palettes. Inside there is a huge mirror. Palette is lightweight and travel friendly. 

As for pigmentation, some are more pigmented than other.

Swatches All Shades

They don't have names so lets just number then form 1 to 4 in the top row and again form 1 to 4 in the bottom row.

Swatches Top Row

Shade 1  (close to left) ~  one of the most pigmented in the palette. our first shimmer int he palette. Its orange with brown undertones.

Shade 2 ~ our first matte shade, its not as much pigmented as other one, but it will do. It is a peachy-pink more on a pink side. One of my favorites in the palette.

Shade 3 ~ it is pink. It doesn't show quite well but it is more on a bright side. One of few with nice pigmentation. I really like this one as well. And that is a shimmer.

Shade 4 ~  our first baked. This is your perfect highlight. Frosty white with peach sheen. It is gorgeous!

Swatches Bottom Row

SHade 1 ~ this is beautiful. Really really pigmented. Bright orange with glitter.

Shade 2 ~  Another matte in the palette. Pretty nice pigmented Swatches and applies better then 2nd shade form top row (also Matte). This is more on a peachy side. The other one was more pinkier.

Shade 3~ pretty peachy pink color. Its have a shimmer finish. but don't worry no glitter visible. Perfect for every day.

Shade 4 ~ pretty super peachy highlighter / blusher.


Overall I think this is a great palette. Really good pigmentation (asde of 1 shade). great colors. You get 8 blushes at very low coast, which is always a plus. I been enjoying this palette a lot. I wish MUR could name their shades and maybe did something different with packaging? Add some colors or design to it, so all are not same ? You know what I mean? I actually keep them all in their original boxes so I know which palette is what. Just a side note though.

Really looking forward trying out more of their products. I have two more palettes to review. SO hopefully they will be up next week.
