New palettes by Makeup Revolution - Forever Flawless

Ok so for the next few weeks there will be tones of palettes blog posts. What can I say,I love buying them :)

New in my collection are the Makeup Revolution Forever Flawless palettes. There is 4 in total but I only have 3 as the Decadent palette was sold out when I ordered rest :) 

And yes you guessed right I will be ordering it soon :) 

Now lets talk about the palettes, and how gorgeous these are! the packaging sold me! They all come in a tin that is very sturdy. There is a big mirror inside and each palette contains 18 beautiful shades.  The shade names are printed inside under each shade. I prefer that way and wish more brand did same. All for $15 each :) I say not bad! 

Lets dive in into first one - Optimum Palette. The tin on this one is a grey marble,super pretty. Its a mix of cool and warm tones with bunch of beautiful shades - 8 mattes and 10 shimmers. I love this palette a lot.These are my kind of shades and it reminds me a bit of Profusion Chocolates palette.

 The mix of browns, bronzes, golds and greens is simply beautiful and definitely a safe zone for all of us.

This palette is vegan and cruelty free.

Unconditional Love - very pinky and very romantic palette.  Gorgeous light pink marble packaging.Adore this one :) I think it goes really great with whats inside.Soft, rosy and very romantic.

 The shimmers and the mattes in here perform really good.I used this palette twice and I really like the looks it created.Perfect for every day.

This particular palette is not vegan but it is cruelty free.

Constellation Palette - the brightest out of all the,The packaging on this is insane! Its a galaxy and I love it!The shades like a mention are super bright!

 And they are not the shades I use every day. I don't feelgood playing with colors that bright. I got this one so maybe I can use with some other palettes :)

There is few shades that I really like in here like : Celestial, Spiral,Saturn and Retrograde.

What I found at Marshalls - haul part 2

 

  yet again Marshalls and TJ Maxx brings out the good things. So many awesome products!  Do You all remembered when I hauled ABH products? Click here to see the post. 

This past few weeks I was lucky once again. I found few great makeup products at super affordable prices!

Lets start shall we ?

First products I hauled few weeks ago.  I went out with my co-worker and well she wanted to buy a winter jacket and I was hoping to find something good. As we were strolling and not getting anything for her we ended up in beauty section where I went a bit crazy. 

First I grabbed Real Techniques Bold Metal brushes  that were prices $5.99 for Tapered Brush (300) and $3.99 for Flat Contour Brush (301). I think the contour brush was wrong priced LOL but can't complain there right?

The second I saw the Cargo Cosmetics  Star Wars the Dark Side palette for only $4.99! what a deal! I know for fact that the palette was sold on Cargo Cosmetics website for around $30. There is also a Light Side version that I need to hunt! 

The last palette set I picked up that day was Mixed Metals Amber palette by Profusion. This deal wasn't as great as the other but I been wanting that palette for a quite sometime. I paid $7.99 and on Profusion website you can get it for $10. SO like I said not a big deal, but any who the palette is gorgeous! and Profusion lately makes super great quality products.  They also sell their products at Target so I suggest to try there :) Meanwhile here is the link to Profusion web if you are interested in Amber palette.

Second time I went was last Saturday (03.24). I went to look for a new bag. I bought few months ago cute Nine West one but its just too small and I need something bigger. Unfortunately there is nothing that I like.  After walking around I grabbed few house stuff ( I dunno if you guys would like to see it or not ) and when I went to makeup aisle I only was able to grab NYX Cosmetics Liquid Suede Lip 
Set , Real Techniques 2 mini sponges and Unicorn Glow Palette. 

the NYX lips set was only $4.99 for 3 full sized lipsticks. Why not! plus the dark colors are something I am into it lately. the colors that came in the box were : Subversive Socialite, Covet and Temptress.  The mini sponges from RT were only $2.99, I grabbed two one for me one for a friend.

The unicorn glow palette is something that I saw during Christmas. I never bought it coz it was all shattered. This time I found new, unopened, untouched :) and I brought it home with me. for $3.99 why not :)  Just look how pretty it is inside :)

And my last, today's haul. I been seeing on IG that girls picking up Kat Von D's studded kiss lipsticks! I saw one last week, no scratch that I saw an empty box last week. Was asking around and all I got was come again tomorrow, we get deliveries every day.  I can't tho. My work starts at 9:30am so same time they open up. But today, my daughter was not feeling well and I called in that I won't come either. Someone have to stay home and watch her. But hubby was at home in the morning so I quickly run for breakfast and on my way I stopped by Marshalls. 

Jackpot! I found 4 KVD lippies!

I picked up : L.U.V., Cathedral, Motorhead and Vampira. They were priced at $7.99 each. Perfect condition and prefect colors. I wanted to grab another Cathedral but unfortunately it was all swatched up. I don't get it why does people do that? Shit not wonder companies loose money and they price makeup super high! Coz some morons have nothing better to do. Yeah go to Marshall or any drugstore and start swatching and breaking  makeup. I get all heat up when I talk about this..

On top of it there were few Makeup Revolution palettes as well. for $4.99 I grabbed two : Girls on Film and Stipped and Bare. MUR makes amazing quality palettes and seeing few at Marshalls makes me happy! I can save few $$$!  Right now I am hunting for more KTV lipsticks shades and MUR Heart Highlighters :) Wish me luck!

Also my last non makeup/beauty related haul. I picked a while ago gorgeous lingerie set by Marilyn Monroe. I always, always when I am at Marshalls I make sure I picked something up. They are by far my favorite lingerie brand. So pretty and comfortable. Most of my bras and panties are by MM or Jessica Simpson. I do own few VS but I prefer MM better. Plus they are affordable. Just look at the cute set below. Pretty flowery bra cost me only $6.99 and the panties set $8.99. 

Makeup Revolution The One Sticks ~ Blush, Highlight, Contour

Ah Makeup Revolution you simply amaze me with all your products. 

I recently got my hands on The One sticks. I have 4 but I am pretty sure there is more. 

The sticks come in a black plastic stick that is either matte or glossy they reflect a finish product hidden inside. The packaging kinda reminds me of  NARS Multiples but these ones are way cheaper :)

Sucks that I can't compare  them , sadly I don't own any NARS sticks. 

I have two matte The One Blush Sticks, The One Highlight Stick and The One Sculpt Stick.

The One Blush stick Matte Rush ~ bright, matte coral shade. This is such a beautiful Summer shade. I guess any coral shade is prefect for summer. matte Rush looks gorgeous on the lips and on the cheeks. It is intensely pigmented and gives amazing color payoff. I am personally not a big fun of corals but this one if applies light handed and blended looks beautiful. So before summer ends I better get more use out of it.

The one Blush Stick Matte Malibu ~ orangy brown shade, almost terracotta. as much as I love this color it is not for me. I tried to contour with it but it was too warm and too orangy on me. I bet it would look great on darker skin gals. Again the color pay off on this one is amazing. I still am trying to get use out of it. I do apply it lightly and blend with blending sponge. Some say that this a dupe for NARS Laguna, the only think is that this pulls more to orange side then Laguna that pulls more to brown side. 

The One Highlight Contour Stick ~ this is such a pretty highlight shade. As you know me I love highlighters! I more of a powder fan but hey I can still make a cream work too!. This one is beige based with enough shimmer to add glow to my complexion. It does feel a little slippery whenever your swatch it on the face or hand. I like it coz it is easy to blend plus I add a powder highlight on top of as well. The glow then is insane. It does contain tiny shimmers that I love! ;) There is many ways to apply this little guy. I used my fingers and I alies straight form the stick and then blended. Both ways worked fine for me. 

The One Sculpt Contour Stick ~ This is definitely my kind of contour shade coz it is on a cooler side. I don't apply too much , just a tiny bit and then blend (stippling brush or BB). I like how it look on my fair skin tone. Again pigmentation is awesome so if you a light skin you need just tiny bit. Don't over do it ! I like it more then Matte Malibu. 

Overall i am really impressed with The One sticks. They are creamy, they blend nice, color payoff is amazing. They retail for $9 on MUR USA website and ULTA.

Recent Beauty Favorites

I didn't post my monthly favorites in like forever. So I decided to do a roundup of some of my most loved products n past few months. 

I will try to keep this post not too long but we will see LOL there is a few things that I been loving.
So without me talking to much lets just jump in.

Starting Makeup Products:

Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick "Rapture" ~ the lipsticks are already discontinued, right now VICE lipstick took it place. I purchased my on sale for around $12. And I love it! I really need a back up of it. Just hoping that VICE Rapture will be same. This is gorgeous dusty rose shade. Perfect pinky plum :) the wear time is amazing! It can wear up to 5h! I did a touch ups ..hmmm... twice during the day? I really hope the VICE lipsticks are similar to Revolution Lipsticks! I am really impressed with Revolution lipsticks and I wish I could knew of them before they were discontinued.  Next stop I will pick up few VICE and see how they compare to this one.
I like to pair Rapture with Wibo Nude Lips Lip Liner in #3. I got this lip liner from my polish friend and then my mom sent me rest of them. I actually really like Wibo cosmetics, they are polish makeup brand that makes a good stuff. I own few products form them and i been enjoying it so far.

Next lipstick, or should i say liquid lipstick that i been loving is NYX Suede Liquid Lipstick in Soft Spoken.  It is such a  pretty nude shade, perfect mixture of pink and brown. This one was sent to me by my IG friend Ashley :)

Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundation ~ at first I didn't like this foundation. But when I blended out with Wander Beauty Sponge that came with their stick foundation I was in love! This is such a perfect duo! The sponge is soft and blends soooo good! really! I don't own original beauty blender but I belive this one could be a good dupe. The foundation overall is really nice. I like the covarge and that I don't get too oily with it.

Amazing Cosmetics Hydrate and Correcting Concealers  were my go to. On hydrate concealer I did a post few weeks back, you can read it here. Corrector concealer is also one of the my top favorites. It comes with two sides: one is your regular beige color for under eyes or any other place your wish to conceal, and the other side have a green corrector for all you imperfections such as acne or pimple you want to cover it with. I will be posting more in-depth review soon.

As for a bronzer, lately I been loving Fiona Stiles bronzer in shade AHIKO. its cool tone and perfect for soft contour that I like.  I like to apply it with Royal and Langnickel Moda Line Contour brush. Brush fits there perfectly and it works super good! plus the bristles are soft and blend bronzer nicely.

As for highlight I can't put down Makeup revolution Golden Sugar palette #2 . There are 3 shades that I can't live without. In first row 3rd highlight is a dream! plus I been liking the matte blush (first row #4) and the second row first shade is also so pretty. I been using both on and on :)

As for eye makeup. As a base I been loving Mirabella Beauty Visionary long wearing eye shadow. Pretty golden with some sparkles. Perfect on  its own or as a base. For a palettes I been using two: Anastasia Beverly Hills - Amrezy. This one been discontinued but I love it! The shades are gorgeous and as you know all ABH eye shadows are dreamy :)
By Yourself, Be Beautiful Palette ~ I won this palette in BYBB giveaway and I pulled it out recently and I been really loving it. The eye shadow are nicely pigmented. They are shimmers (i like shimmers a lot) and they go perfectly with mattes in ABH Amrezy palette.
Ittse single eye shadow in . pretty shimmery highlight shade. I like to use it in my tear corner :) Overall very pigmented! I have to invest in more eye shadows by Ittse, they are fabulous !

Skin, Body and Hair Care.

Dip Into Pretty nail separators, just look how adorable these are. I already wrote a blog of it, just need to upload pics and it will be ready to go.

Puna Noni Tuberose soap ~handmade and all vegan soap. Smells so good! Leathers up and leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. I have few more products from Puna Noni that I have to dive into :)

Formula 10.0.6 USA Wipe your face Off makeup removing wipes are unbelievable! They are heavy soaked (which I like), take off all my makeup including mascara in one wipe! Plus they smell amazing. By far the best makeup wipes I used. I might have change one thing in the packaging but on that I will talk about later.  I also been liking their Deep Down Detox Mud Mask that leaves my skin firm and  clean looking.

Victoria's Secret Body Mist Secret Charm my go to refresher.  Nice crisp scent that wakes me up. Its fresh fruity floral kind off scent. not overpowering. The only con i have is that it don't last too long :( other then that I love it.

USA vs UK ~ Beauty Swap with Dorotka

Hi Loves!

I am so excited for this post. I love makeup swaps and trying new products form other countries. My friend, who lives in UK and I did a makeup swap.Basically I send her makeup products that she could not get in UK and she send me makeup  products that I could not get in USA.  

Dorota and I  meet each others on IG :) I love IG you can really meet a lot f nice people :) So we were talking a lot and decided to do a swap :) she really wanted to try colourpop :) And on top of that Dorota ordered few things, that I send her over in same box :) why pay double for shipping right? I am so excited to see her post. Dorota I hope you will like all the goodies I send :)

I am o happy that she got me all I wanted :)  I got some MUA (which we don't have in USA) , some MUR (We only have some) and MAX Factor ( which I been dying to have!).

So here is an overview of makeup I got form Dorotka :)

First we have MUA Undress Our Skin~  Highlighters :) So happy to finally have them. I follow some UK bloggers on my IG and sometimes I see on their flat-lays those highlighters. They are fab! And can't wait to start using them!

Top ~ Opalescent Amber, Middle ~ Pink SHimmer and Bottom ~ Iridescent Gold.

Next we have more MUA :) Two liquid lipsticks, Power Pout Glaze and Pixel Perfect Muli Bronze.

This Pixel Perfect Multi Bronze  is actually a blush and it is so pretty! I have my in shade Peach Blossom.   I did post swatch on my Snap when I received it. Sorry I forgot to save... same goes to lipsticks .. Ughhh...

Now Lipsticks :) Dorota got me two MUA Velvet Lip Lacquers in Unity (pale lilac) and TranQuility (peachy nude). Plus Power Pout Glaze in shade Spellbound (gorgeous red).


Then we have MAX FACTOR Blushes! OMG you guys I been dying to get my hands on them! I asked my mom to get them for me and she refused! Yes ! she said I have enough of blushes and I don't need more. Well excuse me, but I do :) So Dorata Thanks SO Much! FOr getting them for me! I have to have them all :)

I am so in love the the gold packaging and the bushes them self! they are really good!

And now I finally got the famous chocolate palette by MUR. I been wanting them for such a long time. We recently got a MUR in USA, but we don;t have all ... patiently waiting for rest of it to arrive ... So anyways Dorota got me :
