Matte Liquid Lipstick Collection by Alter Ego

This isn't the first time I'm showcasing this brand on my blog. But whats not to love? I really do think that the quality if their products is outstanding! At this point I own all their eye shadow palette ( please come out with more!) and I was only missing lipsticks. They do have lashes but I don't wear those so it was an easy pass. 

So liquid lipsticks :) I got them cheap like seriously cheap! They were buy 1 get 1 free., and each lipstick retails at $6. So if you do the math I paid $18 for 6 lippies and I am so happy :) 

The shades are really up my alley and anyone who like nudes. The packing on these is so nice! I mean even the packing they do so good, so soft :) Even the lipstick component is so high end looking :) I like how is black at the top and then it go to see through so you can clearly see the shade of the lipstick. They all have doe foot applicator. 

I tried them all on my lips and they all applied evenly. There was no patchiness, and when they dried out they wore really comfortably. There is small transfer but they are long lasting.

What I found at Marshalls ~ Anastasia Beverly Hills Haul

When you see on IG people posting their finds from Marshalls and TJ Maxx, you know you need to stop by yours. 

So yes a lot of people keep finding ABH products at their Marshalls. I went out last week, and boom I found few great gems!

First off I was lucky to find untouched and in perfect condition Aurora Glow palette for only $24.99! 

My Marshalls had few of them but most were badly damaged. I am not going to show you any swatches of this palette, sorry. I want to concentrate on liquid lipsticks!

Aside of the Aurora Glow kit I grabbed 4 single shadows for $3.99 each. I will make a separate post on it or I will just do a post on my Instagram. 

Now, liquid lipsticks. I grabbed 8 in total. Those were all the shades that my Marshalls had.I actually went twice. In the morning I grabbed 4 and then few hours later I grabbed remaining shades. I couldn't help myself!

The liquid lipsticks were only $6.99 each, such a steal! I see on IG pics that other Marshalls and Tj Maxx's carry more shades and they also have lip glosses priced same.

It is great that I was able to get Catnip. I been wanting this shade for like ever and now it is finally mine! 

I will be definitely going back and checking for new delivery! I want all that I can get!

Metallic Lip Potions by Fairy Girl ~ swatches + review

Fairy Girl have done it again :) This time brand surprised us with a Metallic Lip Potions!
Liquid metallic lipstick are so on trend now :)

I  really love that the brand you love and supports , support you right back. Fairy Girl is the brand that   I am lucky to work with :)  last week I received a small parcel filled with their newest launched. 8 Metallic lip potions :)

The lipsticks come in the same packaging and same tube as Fairy Girl"s amazing  matte liquid lipsticks.
 And the shades! I love the shades! they all scream summer! Absolutely gorgeous! They are very comfortable on the lips!  Color payoff is on point and they are transfer proof. Which means once you apply  they will dry and it wont budge :)  and did i mention they are created with out parables, vegan friendly  and cruelty free! yes!

Yes they are metallic and yes they are wearable. Some metallic lipsticks might be way to metallic, right? Fairy Girl's metallic is very subtle and prefect for every day.
Lipstick have a vanilla scent to it just like the matte ones do.

Aren't they stunning? Do you know you can also wear them as a lipstick toppers? I do! I rock Metal Rose over Note Cosmetic Lipstick (forgot the name, but the color shades are really similar). I got so many compliments already on that pair! :) If you don't eat much greasy food it will wear all day :)

Personally cant wait to see what Fairy Girl will came up with next :)  I would love to see a highlights and maybe eye shadow palettes :) or better since they already have lipsticks, matte liquid lipsticks and metallic liquid lipsticks , now time for glosses and lip liners :) what do you think Fairy Girl ?

Liquid Lipsticks by Popstar Cosmetics ~ swatches and review

I want to show you new awesome liquid lipsticks to lust for :) 

They are by the brand Popstar Cosmetics :)

Created by fashion and beauty photographer Donald Chiu. Brand is based in Asia and it ships worldwide. 

Popstar's Velvet Matte liquid lipsticks are amazing. They come in gorgeous vivid colors. They are waterproof, lightweight and non sticky. Dry matte and it stays on my lips the whole day. Application is easy and formula amazing. I don't feel like they dry my lips, the lipstick feel really comfortable :) They are kiss proof! and yes i did try on my husband LOL it wont budge! Liquid Lipsticks are my weakness. I love them :) The longer they stay the better :) I don't have to worry with reapplying.

Guys another must have is a Diamond Gloss. It gives an extreme shine to liquid lipsticks. It will not smear or smudge lipstick. It will give a glass like finish though. 

It just transfer a matte lipstick into glossy one and omg it looks so gorgeous! 

And now the Star Oil. OMG you guys the best makeup removing oil :) I been using it daily ever since i got it. it removes my makeup and liquid lipsticks with ease. The best part it comes with a spray pump! So no over-spilling or spilling in general. I really like the spray pump better then other pumps. You can either spray directly on the face or on hands and then rub all over the face to take the makeup off. I like how good it works. and it don't leave the greasy residue (thank God) :) I just wash it off with warm water and follow up with my skin care. 

It is formulated with essence of orange so it smells so refreshing and yummy! Did I mention how good does it take care of a liquid lipstick :) very good :)

Fairy Girl ~ New Liquid Lipstick ~ Whole Collection , Swatches and Review

Great news! Fairy Girl launched a liquid lipsticks! I am so happy for the brand and I love to see them expand more! Fairy Girl is cruelty free, vegan brand that does an awesome lipsticks. I did post of their whole lipstick collection a while back (link here). In early September I was contacted by the owner and she told me they will be launching Liquid Lipsticks by the end of the year! I was sooo overjoyed! And i was patiently waiting! 

I got my set in mail few weeks ago. I was checking tracking every five minutes you guys. Once they got here I running home form work! 

There is 15 shades in total. I got all of them, 12 lipstick came packaged in a box that are matte and 3 singles that have slight shimmer in  :)

They are adorable! The tube is small and it have a rose gold cap with Fairy Girl's logo on it. Each lipstick is amazing! they smells so good! Like vanilla cupcakes! The moussy texture goes on so smoothly! They dry in less then 2 minutes and you don't even feel them! Once on the lips they stay there! No transfer and they don't feel sticky or tacky. The last all day. When i say all day i mean all day. I applied  around 7:30 am and when i come home from work 8:00 pm I still have a lipstick on.  

I really really like the formula. One of the best! It includes Hawaiian Kukui Nut Oil,   Jojoba Oil, Pomegranate sterols and coconut fruit extract to help keep lips from drying.

Maybelline SuperStay 24 Lip Color ~ review and swatches

I got recently chosen for a new voxbox by Influenster. This time I got to try two colors from Maybelline SuperStay 24 liquid lipstick. 

I like the lipsticks that I can wear all day with no need to touch up. Maybelline SuperStay gave me just that. 

I received two shades:

* Keep up the fames ~ red

* Constant Toast ~ nude.

Both colors are gorgeous :) Personally I find myself reaching more for nude but omg that red have my heart :)

As for the formula , I like it. Red applies much better than nude one. The color is more opaque and creamy and just looks so pretty on my lips. Nude well its more sheer and it sit in my lines on my lips (you know I mean?) it does not apply same as red that for sure. Plus once it dries it gives me glowy metallic sheen to my lips which with my oily skin was no no. I mean don't get me wrong i do like metallic finish but I need to mattify my face better wen I wear one. I think Constant toast look better under a nude lip liner. I tried under In the nude by essence and I really like it. I want to see how it will look under soft berry tho :) 

what i am impressed the most is the staying power. They do last very long on my lips. First, when you apply the liquid lipstick on you need to wait for it to dry. It will get all sticky and tacky and just yuck! but wait once its dry go over with the conditioning stick. That conditioning stick/balm locks on moisture and color.  Color stayed on my lips .. lets see ... I applied it around 7:30am and I saw that the color was wearing off from the middle of my lips around 4pm. I say not bad. The formula is so lightweight you cant feel it on the lips :) Plus the stick makes your lips hydrated. I notice drying by the 3:30pm. 

I was afraid of removing them tho. When I first swatched them on the back of my hand it was soooo hard and painful to take them off...really! So I was scared that I might be difficult to take tem off the lips as well.  I used first my L'Occitane Immortelle Oil Makeup Remover and after I took my In Vitamin Micellar water and took of any excess that was left. I went off nicely without hurting my lips :)

Maybelline SuperStay 24 is indeed long wearing and smudge proof.  I did notice a tiny transfer on my mug yesterday but clearly it was nothing. I rub my finger on my lips and there was no lipstick on . Weird tho. I didn't notice any cracking or flaking. Over all I am impressed with them :) I might pick one or two more shades :) Coz I wasn't happy wit the nude I got so I might pick another one. There is 30 shades in collection so for sure I will be able to pick something up. 

If you are on the budget and you need a long wearing lightweight lipstick try maybelline superstay 24 :) They less than $10 :)

D.Benoit Cosmetics ~ Liquid Lipsticks ~ Swatches + Review

Hi My Loves!

Yes I have another liquid lipstick review for you. :) I love liquid lipsticks! Yes I know they are drying but the stay put on all day and no need to reapply. 

Today I want to talk about D.Benoit Cosmetics and their liquid lipsticks. 

I have 6 shades and I won them in their giveaway. Yay Lucky me! 

D.Benoit Cosmetics is a California based company. They made a high end quality cosmetics with no high end tag price. 

I love them! They come in a typical tube, with clear plastic and black cap. Simple, cute and sturdy.

The applicator is a stiff doe-foot and it is super easy to work with. Also the lipstick formula help to achieve a perfect application. They are not runny, they are more thicker consistency.  Lipstick dries to a complete matte finish and it last all day long. You only need one coat to get full opacity.

Again to remove it you will need a oil based makeup remover or just use an olive oil. They do wear nicely through out the day. But as the face that they are matte they are drying. But again this do not bother me at all. I Just don't have to worry to re apply during the day.

I have to mention that there is ascent to it. If you are a fan of Vanilla Cupcakes you go and get them :) They do smell just like that. and its so yummy! Mon Cheri smell like raspberries. Temptation and Chocolate Tsunami don't smell like vanilla I kind of get the scent of some kind of berries? Cranberries maybe. Can't figure it out.

Color Kill Liquid Lipsticks ~ Swatches + Review

I been wanting to write about Color Kill Liquid Lipstick forever. I was actually holding it off coz I didn't have the whole collection. What is with me and the fact that I need to have every single color? I dunno, but well it is nice to have all right?  At the beginning I was send only 4 shades. Then company launched 2 additional shades, which I was send as well. And after that they were kind enough and send me over 3 reaming shades. So now I have the whole collection and I am one happiest girl!
First off these lipsticks are the BOMB! They come in the cutest box ever! When you stack at least 4 together they create a picture of a Pixie ( that's how my daughter call it ). And that actually a sleeve for a actual packaging which is pink.

The actual liquid lipstick is closed in a frosted tube. The tube is see through and on it you can see a company name Color Kill. The cap is red and on the top there is company logo. Super simple and super pretty.
The applicator is flat which allows  a smooth application. It is on a bigger side but I personally like it and I find it really easy to work with.
Now the formula of the lipstick is thick and not runny.Texture is super easy to work with and applies nicely and even. Opaque in one swipe so there is no need to dip the applicator again.
They mega matte lipsticks, that means they are super matte and drying. Not crazy crazy drying but they do dry my lips.
They are waterproof and they stay on while eating. Just please don't eat much of greasy food or they will come off.
The colors are gorgeous and unique. We have every day nudes, pinks, red and stunning purple. Plus the new two shades that a more of a metallic matte finish which I am obsessed with. Shades are true to color.
They wear all day and they don't flake. they are transfer proof. I would let them sit on the lips for about 10 min until they complete dry.
The only way to take them off is to use oil based makeup remover or olive oil.

Caked Makeup ~ Lip Fondants

Excited to share with you new line of liquid lipsticks! They are by Caked Cosmetics and they are simply amazing. I got them last month around my birthday and I wore all the colors :)  There are 6 beautiful, vibrant shades. They are vanilla scented, which reminds me of vanilla cake :) hence the company name Caked Cosmetics :)

The shades are opaque and dry matte within seconds. They are comfortable to wear. They are a bit drying but tell me which liquid lipstick is not :) They are lightweight, I actually didn't feel them on my lips. Application is really easy. They stay on whole day :) They don't budge and don't transfer. 

I adore the packaging! OMG it is too cute! The box is purple with pink frosting, sprinkles and donuts! 

Same for the tube. The bottom is clear so you can see the color, but look a the applicator wands. Its same as a box. Pink frosting dripping all over and it also have sprinkles! on the very top there is a letter C for Caked in a donut shape :) Simply adorable!

* Creme De la Creme ~ cool tones nude

* Power Trip ~ Deep Crimson with a hint of brick

JeffreeStar Holiday Liquid Lipstick Bundle ~ swatches and review

Did you pick up your Holiday bundle yet? Coz I did and I love it :) Jeffree Star did such an amazing job with this collection :) All 5 shades are the BOMB! They all are Limited Edition ... But I saw on Jeffree's IG page that Androgyny will be a Permanent shade in Feb. 2016. What a great news! This shade was first to sold out. They all come in a Limited Edition white packaging with rose gold detailing, Even the caps are white with rose gold  stars :) Now lets see the colors :)

Doll Parts ~ really pretty soft pink. So far my favorite in this collection, I wore this one twice already and OMG it looks so pretty on me :) When I first saw swatch of it online I knew I need to have it :) The swatch is still on my IG page :) It show more f a mauve pink on me and Ugh I love it! Thanks Jeffrey for creating this gorgeousness shade!

Androgyny ~ this shade sold out so fast! Such a pretty dark mauve shade! a bit on a brownish side. It showed much more darker on me then what you see in a tube. But that's ok :) I will need a backup of this one and Doll Parts :) But since its becoming permanent next year I am good and happy! Thanks jeffree :) Pls make Doll Parts Permanent !

Mistletoe ~ true Christmas green :) Beautiful matte green :) Be unique this Xmas and wear Green Lipstick :) I really love it. I always wanted a green lipstick :) Well actually more of a Emerald green with some glitter if you know what I mean :) BUt this is really unique and I am happy to be a owner of it :)

Drug Lord ~ Hello first ever white liquid matte lipstick! Yes Jeffree did it , he created very fist white lipstick. .Did I mention I love the name of it? Fits it so good!.and now You ask why do I need a white lipsticks? and I tell you .. it can change color of any liquid lipstick once you mix them together. Just like with paints. I always used a white paint to change colors of any other paint or to create a new color :) . another use : you can use it as an eye liner :) I saw some girls on IG and did create beautiful looks with this lippie :) and If yo bold and brave enough wear it alone :)

Hoe Hoe Hoe ~  What a gorgeous red it is :) Lately I been hoarding red lipsticks like crazy and this is my first liquid one. You can see a reflex of red and purple, fuschia  glitter inside :) and to show it more (glitter) on your lips, after apply it  wait till it set and then rub you lips  with a finger or tissue . 

I really love Jeffree Star Liquid Lipsticks. They are matte and the last the whole day! Wear very beautiful and wont come off while drinking or eating. The only downside is that by the end of the day my lips got sooooo dry! Sahara Desert Dry! Bundle price $75 , each lipstick $18
