Boxy Charm Premium May 2020 - Unboxing

May's theme for all Boxy boxes is Mother Nature. 

And we have a mini product in all full sized ( or what ever BC claims) box. 

I pay for Boxy Charm Premium $35 + tax every month. Overall value guaranteed is over $175 and 6-7 FULL SIZED PRODUCTS! yes full size you read that right. So my question is why on Earth BC put a mini product inside is beyond me... and I don't think that's the first time they did it... oh well ... Carry on... whats done its done.... At least they re-shipped my adds on that were lost in mail. So I gotta give them that. 

Anyways lets take a closer look at products included in my Premium for May. 

I must say it arrived so fast! Last month I got both my boxes super late and this? It;s not even 10th and Premium is here already and Base Box should be here on 11th. 

• Kevyn Aucoin The Expert Mascara - I had this mascara in the past and I remember really liking it. Kevyn Aucoin is fabulous brand and seriously some of their makeup products are amazing! I got few via Octoly and then purchased most on Sample Sales. This mascara have a weightless formula that's build-able and leaves lashes at their fullest. It is formulated with Japanese Camelia oil to fortify lashes and make them more elastic and resilient. I will check if I have an old tube of this mascara still with me, coz I don't want to open this yet.Also I think we might see more KA products in the future! I think that would be amazing! Retail $29

• Too Faced Cosmetics Chocolate Soleil Gold Bronzer - that was my choice item... but there was a mistake on BC website and well card as well. They listed this as a matte bronzer and I was hoping to get the matte one. I don't think this gold is my shade.... I realized too late that I got an email from BC saying that I could change my choice.. by the time I read it, it was over. Oh well, lets see if I can make this work. I would have to go in light handed. Retail $30

• Milk Makeup Glow Oil Lip + Cheek - this is the mini I was talking in the beginning. No idea why we got mini... once again ... when it should be a full sized products only... I dunno what are they trying ... but anyways this is a sheer, shimmering lip and cheek tint for  lit from within glow on the go. I like Milk Makeup so I guess I will give it a shot :) Retail $15

• Battington Beauty Powder and Contour Brush Set -  ok girls this retails for $90! two brushes for $90... I don't want to shame the company but come on... you are not Sonia G or Wayne Goss for which I would not mind to spend that much coz I know the quality would be amazing. I read so many comments on their overpriced lashes and the quality is not that good. So why charge so much for two brushes? maybe $30-$40 but not $90... i do think the brushes look good but not $90 good. 

• Tarte Sugar Rush Best But Lip Butter - this is so tiny and so unnecessary... I really don't need another lip balm. I love my Bite Beauty, Fresh and Laneige. I will keep this  for someones birthday or something. Or maybe my daughter will like it :) Retail $12

• Pureheals Centella 90 Ampule Serum -  ok so I am excited for this :) But it will take some time to open it as at this point I have so many serums out and opened. This is K- Beauty adn its a soothing serum containing 90% of centella asiatica extract. It supposed to relieves irritations of sensitive skin and strengthens the skin barrier. Retail $28

What do you guys think? The overall value of this box was $204, but I will say its $154 coz the brushes are not worth that $90... My variation was 44.

IPSY Full Bloom - my first Glam Bag Plus unboxing + adds on- April 2020

After months of consideration I decided to give an IPSY a shot. My sister in law is subscribed to it and she likes it. She gets two boxes Glam Bag Plus  ($25) and Glam Bag Ultimate ($50). 

I decided to start with the Plus for now and see how I like it and maybe I can add Ultimate as well, but tbh $50 a month is quite a lot... 

View of the makeup bag included this month. Cute but I have seen better :) Next month bag is so pretty! Yes I saw the spoilers :)

My first bag was decent. Not mind blowing. 

There was also option for adds on and I grab three products that I will show in this post as well.
Glam Bag Plus just as Boxy Charm contains 5 full size products and retails at $25 

Here is the overview of my Glam Bag Plus:

• Shaina B Miami Mini Miami Eyeshadow Palette - Shaina B is not a new brand for me. I got their brushes in the past via Octoly campaign. This palette, by looking at the pictures I was not sure I will like it. But once I got it and in real life is really pretty! The top row is all shimmers and bottom all matte and the colors goes well with one another. Have not yet tried it on the eyes but I do have high hopes. Retail $20

• Cela Creme Rose The Very Best Cream Rose - ok I thought this will be a bum but omg it smells so good! and when i was taking pictures and applied on my arm it felt really nice and hydrating. Did I say it smells good? Retail $39

• Tarte Tarteist double take eyeliner - meh... I dunno why these boxes don't care to check beauty quizzes. I don;t use liquid eyeliners at all, I don;t know how and I just don't want them... I will be passing this along .. Retail $24

• Context Skin Nail Polish Duo in Rocket Queen and Don't Cry - nail polishes I don't mind at all :) I have not yet to try this brand so I am happy to get it. Plus the shades look really promising. Retail $30

• StarSkin VIP Crem De La Creme Intently Recovering Cream Coating Face & The Diamond Mask - That's a mouth full! StarSkin is the brand I know and I tried few masks from the in the past. I am happy that these were included. Retail $30 

Total Value of my Glam Bag Plus is $143, I paid $25 plus tax for this subscription. 

Now the adds on. 

I really was hoping to get Sunday Riley in my bag, that was the reason I signed up. 

But I guess it worked out as I was able to purchase the Martian Mattyfing Melting Gel Water Toner for $12!

what a steal! I had this toner in the past along with UFO serum and I really liked it. It amazing if you have acne/ prone skin :) Mine went bad over a year ago and I never repurchased coz this little sucker cost over $60. So when IPSY offer it on adds on I was there and I got it!

Two other products were:

• Youth To The People Superberry Hydrate and Glow Dream Mask - I been fan of this brand for quite some time now. I have the toner and I been enjoying it. So when IPSY offered sample size (15ml) for $3 how can I say no? 

• Kaleido Cosmetics - Skin Blush in the shade Primadonna - beautiful rosy glowy blush. I have one in the shade Prom Queen and I love the finish of it. It melts nicely with the skin and gives beautiful glowy flush. I got this one for $3 and its a full size. 

What do you guys think? How does it compare to BOXY Charm that I been showing you for past year? Would like to hear your opinion :) 

Boxy Luxe - All Access - September 2019 *unboxing*

woohoo!My second Boxy Luxe arrived just few hours ago. I was really excited! All the sneak peeks and spoilers got me really excited! And this month didn't disappoint! August Boxy Charm was a flop. September is amazing! I got all that I wanted. If I want any other products variation I can simply visit few Facebook groups, there is always some one who what's to sell their stuff, and there will I be, ready with my money!

So enough with me talking to much let me show you what I got this month :)

Skin Care first,then makeup and hair care last :)

* Dr Brandt Hydro Biotic Recovery Sleeping Mask - this is my second product from Dr.Brandt. Im not mad as I love their products. The oxygen bubble mask is a HG !!! This is a new release from the brand and it was in every single box.Woohoo! This is a hydrating recovery sleeping mask that balances skin naturally occurring flora and locks in moisture overnight to reduce redness and soothe the signs of irritation. Again I am excited to try this. Retail $52.00

* Glow Recipe Pineapple-C Bright Serum - there was this serum or Sunday Riley Tidal cream. I was really torn between both, but I had to pick one during the survey BC sent two months ago. This is an ultimate brightening serum for brightening and smoothing.Formulated with a stable blend of 2% pure pineapple juice-one of the most potent sources of natural vitamin c, natural AHA,and bromelain enzymes.Infused with chamomile, aloe, and vitamin E to soothe even the most sensitive skin. Again so freaking excited to try it! I love the Watermelon Sleeping Mask by Glow Recipe and to have add this to my collection makes me wanna jump! Retail $49.00

* Violet Voss Essentials Eye Shadow Palette - yes yes,double yes!I am so happy for this palette! I love VV and their formula is one of the best. This is such pretty and well essential palette that will (already saw tutorials) create beautiful looks.

I can't wait to start using it.What can I say I am eyeshadow palette junkie :) Retails:$29.00

* Tarte Park Avenue Princess Palette - face palette that contains bronzers and two highlighters. This is my second face palette by Tarte :) There was also an option of Too Faced Natural Face Palette. I actually wanted that one.

I dunno BC used to send emails showing peeks of what will you get in your box but not anymore. So since they don't I went ahead and purchased TF palette during Ulta 21 days of beauty for only $22 :)

 So win win, as this is palette that I been intrigue by it. So I am bringing her out and will be playing starting next week.Retail $45.00

* Stila All Day Liquid Lipsticks in the shade Rubio - yes I am here for pretty red! And Stila formula is seriously one of the best! It literally stays all day.  I believe everyone who gets BoxyLuxe will get one of three shades in their boxes. Retail $22.00

* Hank & Henry Blickity Black Eye Liner - something I don't us is a liquid eye liner. I just never learned a proper line or wing.So I will be finding a new home for this little guy. Retail $20.00

Hair Care is next!

* Sutra Clipless Curling Iron with a cool tip - believe it or not I don't own curling iron. This iron is best for beach waves, glam curls and more

.It has a ceramic heating element and an infused titanium polishes barrel . Retail $65.00

* IGK Mistress Hydrating Balm -  excited for this tho! I heard so many great and positive reviews of the brand but never really tired it myself. Its leave in conditioning balm that don't weights down hair. So we shall see!Retail $29.00

Boxy Charm - Totally - August 2019 Unboxing

Another month,another Boxy Charm. 

This month, I won't hide I am a bit disappointed with Boxy. Wanna know why? Well, last month boxy sent our emails with a poll.Basically you had to answer which product you would like to receve more in next boxy. So here is the issue. I wanted skin care. There was a Peach and Lilly Serum that I really crave. It went u against Tarte Mascara. I choose the serum but got mascara. So I am not sure if they didn't get enough serums or what? Kinda iffy ...so they did same poll with luxe box that is coming next month...So lets see if the product I picked in the poll with arrive at my door step. I like the idea of the poll but if boxy is not listening so what is the point of it?

Ugh. I m done LOL here is a peek inside my August Box that the theme is TOTALLY!

* Becca Cosmetics Hydra Mist Refreshing Powder - this particular product everyone got it. Its a powder that sets and refreshes makeup for silky smooth finish. Formulated with 50% water and glycerin, this powder creates mist like sensation on the skin. This not a review yet. I tried it coz I wanted to see if how it feels ... and its wet! I like the cooling effect and it reminds me of a Revlon powder, I believe it was ColorStay Aqua powder. I was using it a lot back in 2014. I love the water effect it had. This Becca powder I feel it will work amazing for people with dry skin as it really gives a boost of hydration. Retail price $39

*Wander Beauty Glow Ahead Illuminating Oil - ummm no. I love Wander Beauty and most of their products work so good with me. But I don't think any OILY person would like to add more illuminating products into their routine.

 But I can;t judge something I never tried right? I mean it could be a hidden gem! I will give it a go but I don't think it will work for me. I will keep you all posted on this :)Retail $42

*Tarte Big Ego Mascara - ultra black, vegan mascara. I don't really like Tarte mascaras tbh. I never had a luck with them. But its hmmm I dunno I don't want to like it coz I wanted a serum in its place.

 
But anyways the packaging is super hot pink and I just checked if it's not dried out.Someone on BC Facebook said they got dried out mascara. Again I will keep you guys posted on how I like it. Retail $23

*** Update on the mascara - its dry and does nothing to my lashes. Really disappointing product.  

* Ace Beauty - Glimmer Eyeshadow Duo - not gonna lie they are cute and remind me of CP. but dang gilr they are expensive! Duo retails at $25.The colors I got are so much more wearable then the hot pink and silver.

 
 So I got Iced Latte - that is pretty gold and Cotton Candy- that it metallic peachy orange. I am definitely happy with these two :) The other variation was PUR Barbie peel off mask that I wanted a bit more :)

* Steve Laurant - Lip Liner in the shade Vouge - Didn't open and not planning to. I can add it as a gift to some one. I have tones of lip liners and I don't use them much.Plus this shade is more on a brown side and the over all "color theme" of this box is pink. Retail $15

Total of this month box came up to $144. 

Overall I feel like this month was more of a miss for me .But next month is a Boxy LUXE month and I cant wait to see what will I get. Again they did run a poll to see what products I would like to see in my box. Hoping I get what ever I picked.

Sephora VIB Sale ~ My Wishlist

So on 11t Sephora VIB sale starts . I am trying to save up some $$$ and get what ever is on my long as hell wish list. And trust me my list looong! This is just a small amount of what I want LOL. 

Anyways Sephora does these kind of sales twice a year. One time in Spring and now. 

Both VIB ROuge and VIB gets 20% off! woohoo but with our NYC tax (8.879%) I get only 11% :( want to cry so bad... But oh well better that than nothing I guess. 

So here is my small wish list :)

1. Tarte Curl Boss Lash Essentials ~ I want this because I collect them . I have one from a year ago and one from two years ago. Plus it is cute !

2. Too Faced Let it Glow ~ one word . BRUSH. the only reason I want this set.

3. Becca Cosmetics Blushed with Light palette ~ I heard so much of Becca Blushes  so this is the best way to finally try them. 

4. Huda Beauty Eyeshadow palette Rose Gold edition ~ yes , just look at this baby ! I need it my life. I might add one or two lipsticks but need to decide on colors . 

5. Benefit Cheekathon Blush and Bronzer palette ~ I want this since it first came out. Just fiy all the products are full sized! talk about a great deal!

6. Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush Color Wheel ~ same with this palette want it since it first came out. I almost bought it twice . All blushes are new and they look fantastic!

7. Estee Edit Gritty and Glow palettes ~ I saw swatches on Trendmood and then Gigi (beatfacefridayy) and Fashionablyfayy  were talking about tis set so yeah I swatched it a sephora and yes I have to get it. 

8. Hourglass Ambient Light Surreal Light ~ ahhh that marble packaging :) come to mama! really want to try famous Hourglass products :) I kinda miss them in my collection :)

So yeah that is more less a list. I kinda want also NARS and Marc Jacobs ... andwell many more hahaha God the life of a beauty addict.

1. Colourpop Lippie Stick ~Lumiere ~ created by Kathleen Lights. Beautiful dusty mauve pink with matte finish. Gosh I really love this lipstick. My prefect every day shade. It last long time on my lips as well! I can say around 5-6h with no reapplying.

2. Blush and Highlighter form KHORMA Beauty Kourtney's Kardazzle face palette ~ I bought this palette a while ago. Not crazy for the shadows it comes with, but the trio in the lower drawer. Two beautiful blushes and golden highlighter. I been  fan of the lighter blush, rosy pink. Applies and blends nicely. getting into the highlight thing heheh so lately I been looking into it. This is my second highlight that I own.

Paletka ktora mam od dluszego czasu. Nie lubie za bardzo cieni, ale za to dolna szufladka jest super.  Dwa roze i rozswietlacz. szczegolnie bardzo polubilam sie z jasniejszym rozem, ktory wyglada bardzo ladnie na policzkach. Rozswietlacz tez jest piekny.

3. Maybelline Baby Lips Instant Pore Eraser Primer ~ I use it on my pores and it works great. It really does make my pores look smaller.

5. WIBO Silk Wear eye shadow palette 02 ~ gift from Dominika. I dd ask her to send me two Wibo palettes since we don't have it here.  Been loving this one a lot. The colors are really gorgeous and really pigmented!  Creates nice brozny-plumy smokey look.

6. Essence 'Come to Town' Eye shadow palette ~  Also gift from Dominika. Sadly it came broken, the top cover was really damage as well as the gold eye shadow :( sad  :( but it didn't stop me form using this gorgeous shimmer palette! love every shade. The texture is great too.

7. Softlips Lip Balm Cube ~ a cure for my dry lips! I like to apply night time and then before I put my lipstick on. Really helps and hydrates my lips.

8. VS Pink Perfume ~ I got them last year I think. Really loving the fresh scent. So refreshing and summer prefect.
